Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, uncomplicated self-check-in with the Hochgrat butler. The chalets are very spacious and you feel very comfortable thanks to the high-quality materials.

The online check-in with the butler was super convenient and made the start of our stay really relaxed. The breakfast buffet was very balanced and offered a great selection - there was something for every taste! Overall a wonderful stay, we would love to come back!

A wonderful hike around the Hochgrat! The signage from the Alpine Club was great! The view from the Hochgrat to Oberstaufen or towards Austria 🇦🇹 is simply great! The weather cooperated too! The owner of the restaurant right on the Hochgrat was very friendly and we would be happy to come back

We spent a very nice family vacation there. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and the staff are very friendly and always on hand. Checking in with the Hochgrat butler is really easy and you can arrive whenever you want. Perfect!

Chalet was very big. Everything you needed was there. Das.HOCHRAT is really centrally located. The existing underground car park is also good.You really have peace and quiet and don't notice anything from the rest of the residents. We weren't at the pool, we were at the outdoor/indoor pool, which was within walking distance. That was great for us.We did notice a few points, hence the 1 star deduction.We couldn't walk on the wooden terrace barefoot, we all had splinters of wood in our feet. Unfortunately we couldn't get the summer heat out of the rooms either. The restaurant was closed for us.

We stayed here with our family for 5 nights. We booked through Booking and received an upgrade on site. We felt very comfortable. The chalet was in top condition and nothing was missing. The staff was always friendly and always happy to help us with any questions. The Oberstaufen-Plus card was included in the price. The location is also great. Ice cream parlor, pizzeria and the great playground in Staufenpark are practically next door.In retrospect, the somewhat high price was fully justified.

In the middle of town, bakery, ice cream or other things within walking distance, our accommodation was great, everything was clean and the terrace was wonderful. Unfortunately there are negative points because the WiFi didn't only work in the garden, if at all.Unfortunately, no one responded properly when asked, which is why one star less. Beautifully landscaped spa park for children with a playground and mini golf.

Eaten twice. It was very good. Great price-quality ratio. Service was very good by young waiters, very nice and professional.2 years later we are in the hotel. Super nice and pleasant. Very central on the street side (you can hear it a bit). Sauna and huge bathroom.
