A good hotel for people who like highway noise. There are two streets directly outside the window, which is correspondingly noisy. The room is relatively large and clean. A big minus is that the room smells like food because there is no extractor fan. It's better to pay a little more and get significantly better service.

Good afternoon. 08/17/2024 Checked into room 202. The room had not been cleaned for at least a week. Everything is covered in dust, hair, cobwebs, the toilet has not been washed. There is no second large towel, no pan, no lid. I had to do the wet cleaning myself. I was very unhappy.

The WMM Group concept is top.The different locations are in the same conditions due to their time of use.KAM shows traces that definitely show the intensive use of the rooms.

Stayed there for 1 night on the way to Italy.More than enough for us, 2 adults plus child (5 years).And the price was also great.Access to the room with the code worked great.I can't complain about the fact that it's so close to the highway, as many people say it's too loud.Window closed and it was good, my personal opinion.We didn't hear anything from other guests either.Maybe it was the time or something.For us it was good and happy again.

So far, the chain's hotels have always surprised us positively. But not this time. The number of parking spaces was insufficient, which is due to the extensive installation of charging stations. Then the room was quite noisy due to an obviously defective refrigerator (it didn't switch off) and the noise from the nearby highway. So the night was anything but relaxing.It was also interesting that this time we were only provided with one pillow, albeit a very long one.Nevertheless, the price is unbeatable and so we can get over the small inconveniences.

Hotel in an industrial area.The room itself is very nice, but there were no towels in the room and due to the late arrival no one could be reached by phone.A pity !!

I needed a good affordable accommodation a few minutes away from Memmingen airport due to an early flight and definitely this met our expectations. At the time of booking it was not entirely clear that this "hotel" had no reception, check is self-service through a code etc All went good, I received the code to self check-in and open the room via email and it worked well. But in all honesty I was not entirely comfortable as the email says that support via phone or otherwise is available till 10pm and I was arriving slightly after that time so I was wondering what would happen if I couldn't open the room?!It was a good sleep BUT some could have some issues sleeping as hotel is just across the motorway with cars still being heard faintly even though apertures are well sound insulated. No issue for me.Luckily all went good, rooms were spacious, modern and clean and it was a comfortable night before heading back home! All in all I recommend this considering the quality and price but do notice the self check-in aspect particularly if you're arriving late with limited support in case of issues.

We were looking for a hotel so that we could stay overnight near the airport and not have to wake up at 4 a.m. to drive there.The hotel is great in terms of price-performance ratio.The windows insulate well and you have everything you need to sleep here for longer. Also perfect for tradesmen or people who work in the area.There is an induction hob, a large fridge and dishes for 🥘

I planed to spend the night close to Munich to use at full the next day. I arrived at 22:00 and went over the booking process. Waited for 15 min to recibe the confirmation code that never arrived. I repeated the proces checking the phone number and mail were correct. Nothing hapened. I called the contact number but sunday at 23:00 nobody was there. I was so tired I slept in the car. The next day I called again to have my money back, (the paying proces worked fine). The lady said it was all my foult, several times, for not activate the room code, I told her I didn't recive anything but she insisted that yes I have recive it (?!?!). I checked again, may be the roaming delayed it, but I recieved nothing. Phoned again to explain it and a lady (probably the same one) talked in Dutch all the time. Waited for a wile and this third time they hung me up. Things can go wrong with the booking, I understand this but the way they deal with the situation is an unforgibable lack of respect towards the customer. A place to avoid.

Well, that's the thing with fully automated processes...When we arrived, I couldn't get into my room because the device where you have to enter the access code wasn't responding at all. A blessing in disguise: I was able to reach the emergency service after a certain wait and was assigned another room.In the evening I noticed that the hot water was sparse or not flowing at all, and certainly not warm. The next day it became clear: not a single one of the taps (washbasin, sink, shower) actually delivers hot water! And when warmer water came out of the shower after letting it run for a long time, it was only a few drops.When considering a travel offer, I believe that one of the most important things is that you need to be able to relax and refresh yourself with a hot shower, especially at this time of year.I found out at breakfast with friends that I was lucky because my colleague hadn't come back to her room that night... where all her things had already been deposited! And the emergency service could no longer be reached...Actually, in terms of the idea, it's a nice room with wonderful amenities. But unfortunately the execution can be criticized!

Perfect location for a stop by car, nearby the motorway. Quiet, new, clean and spacious. The automatic check-in works perfectly. There is also an equipped little chicken inside.
