Disastrous hotel with friendly service. I really feel sorry for the staff because they end up taking everything if nothing works and there were plenty of problems.The most annoying problem was the IT: system failure for the entire stay, so that our room card could not be encoded and we had to be taken to the room by the reception staff every time we both left the room. This applied to ALL guests during our stay. Everyone can imagine the chaos. Here I take my hat off to the staff, who did not let themselves be disturbed in this situation and mastered this challenge confidently and friendly. Still, it's incredibly annoying when you come out of the spa and stand in the lobby in your dressing gown for 20-30 minutes waiting for the reception staff to come back to take us to the room.Unfortunately, sagging mattresses and brown tap water were waiting for us in the room. Although we were brought to our room by the staff, we had to carry our luggage ourselves upon arrival - there was no luggage cart. Room service only came on the last day. The furnishings are old and run down: there was no lamp in the room, the dining room is completely worn out with torn benches and the advertised swimming pool has existed for 3 years! not for years. When I got up, my partner caught her hair on a splinter that was sticking out of the wall in the sauna. If she had been alone, she wouldn't have been able to free herself from it.The automatic door closers to the outdoor area are defective and inattentive guests leave these doors open all the time, so that the entire wellness area keeps cooling down.The wellness area is shared with the visitors to the fitness studio, so it is quite crowded. This is probably why there are no toiletries or fresh towels in the spa. There was also no drinking water dispenser.The breakfast buffet was tasty, but the selection was only mediocre. The location of the hotel in the middle of the city is very good and it was still very quiet in the room. However, there is an additional €14 per night! Parking garage fees apply if you arrive by car.The parking garage is very narrow and, in keeping with the hotel, completely run down.As compensation for all these grievances, we were only given a waiver of the tourist tax; we would definitely have expected more here. We can only advise everyone not to visit this hotel, it absolutely doesn't deserve the 4 stars. But Füssen and the surrounding area are very beautiful and worth a visit.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The fitness studio and the wellness area are recommended! Room is clean and pleasantly furnished. Very nice hotel :)

Our room was in the last corner of the hotel. A catastrophe for someone with asthma.Everything is very spacious and windingThe room itself was ok.The shutter was broken and since the room faced the street it was very loud.

We were guests in this house from October 17th to 20th.Check in very friendlyThe room was large and clean...the bathroom was getting old and showering was a challenge...hardly any water and when it did it was way too hot and immediately cold again...Breakfast was good, the service was a bit overwhelmed at times... it was cleared away with a kitchen trolley and at an impossible volume... not very nice... it wasn't possible to have a leisurely breakfast... unfortunately...We expected a little more in a 4 star hotel...We will probably choose a different hotel for our next visit to Füssen.

The hotel itself went very well, very friendly staff! The bar staff still need a bit of training. Housekeeping doesn't work at all!! After staying for five days, our room wasn't cleaned once or the trash can was emptied!

You can definitely expect more for a 4 star hotel. The rooms were a nice size but in need of renovation. You had to pay extra for the bottle of water in the room. The service in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Two waiters, both still in training, on a holiday evening was definitely not enough. The food was ok.Unfortunately, the lady at the reception wasn't particularly friendly either.The only good thing was the very central location in Füssen and the selection at breakfast.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city, very good location, very large room, good breakfast, high price, next to the bus stop. The ground floor has a supermarket. But you can stay in other hotels. If the price is cheaper Because it's a small town, it's easy to walk.

The room is ok. There are very few electrical outlets. We traveled for 16 days mostly in Germany. A couple days in Vienna ( which was fabulous). This was the only hotel where the service at the reception was very bad!!! He was not friendly or helpful. I asked for help getting to the Zugspitz he looked at me like I was asking a crazy question. I asked him for local hikes and he handed me a map with no explanations. Then, when we checked in, he gave us a public transportation pass that we could have used earlier. They were the only hotel out of 9 different hotels we stayed at that wouldn't let us check in a couple hours early. They didn't offer to store our luggage either. We were warmly welcomed everywhere else, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Neuenkirchen, Marburg, Trier, Haslach. Fussen was the only place where we encountered rude service, specifically the Luitpoldpark Hotel.

Great location in the middle of the city. Room visually very old and slightly dirty bathroom upon arrival. Staff at the hotel were very nice. Restaurant tasty and attentive. 3.5 stars from us, but the staff pulls it up.
