All in all I was very satisfied. The only drawback was that the pillows didn't deserve the name. They're rags! Better pillows with 80/40 would be non plus ultra. I couldn't sleep for a minute from October 15 to 16, 24 because of the pillows!

We received a very friendly welcome at the reception, in the elevator you felt like you were in the Allgäu, as there were cowbells ringing instead of music, which I found very funny, otherwise everything was great again

Very nice hotel, very centrally located,The only thing that really bothered me was the cleanliness of the rooms.Unfortunately we didn't arrive until later and just wanted a bed.In my opinion the bathroom had not been cleaned satisfactorily.But for one night... I didn't care.On the day of departure the reception phoned. It was okay too. But we just wanted to move on.Otherwise good, but poor cleaning

We spent 2 nights at the Felix Hotel Kaufbeuren. The hotel is very clean, air conditioned and modernly furnished. The location 1 minute from the city center is perfect. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet was very tasty. We'll definitely come back again.

We spent one night here at the beginning and end of our vacation and it was very pleasant. Very friendly staff. Contactless check-in is also possible here. Very attractive rooms. In general the hotel is very nicely furnished. The location is central and parking spaces are also available. We'd love to come back.

We spent one night there. The hotel makes a clean, well-kept impression. The room was bright and colorfully decorated. Very practically furnished. The bed was very comfortable and allowed for a restful night. I could definitely imagine a longer stay. The breakfast was good, I would just have liked the types of bread to be labeled to prevent intolerances. The only small note would be to clean the sanitary equipment (small limescale residues on the fittings and residue in the toilet far down) and I think a closed bathroom trash can is more advantageous. But that's complaining at a high level. Overall, the stay was very good and we will definitely come back again.

Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't get a better rating from me because this wasn't achieved by the room service staff. I requested daily towel changes, which only worked twice. The wastebasket wasn't changed the entire week, the bathroom was never cleaned and toilet paper wasn't refilled. Otherwise, the staff at the reception and the breakfast room were very friendly, even if there was a bit of a delay at check-in because apparently the room hadn't been paid for yet, but that cleared up after about 10 minutes. Will definitely come back and hope that the room service is good.

Great hotel, rooms with adjustable air conditioning. Nice personel. I found the ringing of the cowbells in the elevator funny, as was the cow in front of the entrance.

Just a few minutes walk to the city center. Location therefore very good. Located on a thoroughfare, but very soundproof windows, so not a problem. Room was good size. WiFi throughout the house with very good quality. Breakfast OK. Service and reception friendly and helpful. Parking space at the house.
