Very good hotel, therefore particularly recommended. Great praise to all the employees, I have rarely experienced such motivated, committed and, above all, friendly people who make your hotel stay as pleasant as possible. Even the boss does her rounds, works with us, asks questions, and it's a great feeling as a guest. Otherwise, the location, perfect for booking, hiking, eating, shopping, all in one place. The hotel itself, clean, stylish and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, and it was also very noticeable how friendly the staff was, even when there was a lot going on and many people had special requests. Sauna and swimming pool, everything available. We have constructive criticism, the lighting in our hotel room was a bit dim, so we couldn't find our clothes straight away in the dark, lighting in the closet would be better or more light in the room. But that's complaining at a high level. Thank you for the great time!!!

I think the Hotel Bannwaldsee is wonderful with very friendly staff and a great boss with great ideas!I always enjoy being with my yoga groups in this hotel with delicious cuisine, often accompanied by piano sessions, just to feel good.My personal highlight is the swimming pool in the hotel, which is extremely clean and offers a great view of nature through large windows.

My wife and I were on a bike tour and only stayed one night. The room was very large, bright and clean. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good. We didn't use the beautiful swimming pool due to time constraints.We'd love to come back. Thomas and Astrid

Price-performance is not rightActually everything is good in this hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the buffet is extensive and good. We stayed here for one night and booked the double room with half board. The room in the main building is no longer very modern and the bathroom is very small and cramped.The furniture on the outside patio was covered in pine needles and clearly hadn't been cleaned too often.In the 4-course menu, only the main course was served, all other courses were available at the buffet. The dining room was very loud and warm. All in all, just minor things and I would stay here again, but not for the price of 354 EUR/night. Then all points should be correct.
