Very great apartment. The location to Augsburg city center is simply excellent. Everything can be reached perfectly on foot. Or you can take the S Bahn directly, which stops in front of the front door. The rooms are very stylishly furnished. All in all, highly recommended.

My first experience with limehome worked immediately with all information, codes the first time. The rooms were all clean and very well prepared. Kitchen fully equipped. The bathroom was clean, only one floor tile is loose, but that doesn't bother me.Transport connections are good, walking to the center is easy.I would definitely book again - this time for business, but also privately.

We had the two bedroom suite in house number 12 and we were completely satisfied. The codes worked perfectly and the location is great. It's a 10-minute walk to Rathausplatz, and there's a bus and tram station in front of the door. The kitchen has everything you need (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, 2-plate stove) and plenty of dishes. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms faced the back. The bathroom was clean, the only unpleasant thing was that the drain smelled, but this could be eliminated by airing it out.The negative thing was that the WiFi didn't work. Summary, we would come here again.

Extremely poor experience. Cumbersome registration procedure, very poor building, unclear indications. Absence of any support. Apartment is barely decent but there is no Wi-Fi . Run away if you can. The place is good for students only..:

After I got a check-in code from Booking, I discovered that it didn't work for the outside door. After calling the hotline, I was told that I would first have to take a photo of my ID and myself and then I would receive a valid long code for the outside door for one-time check-in and a short code. Neither worked for the outside door. When another nice guest appeared at the outside door, he told me to enter the number zero and an exclamation mark and then you would come in from the outside. That worked too. At the room door, the number of which was also given to me by email, I first had to enter the long code to unlock it and then I got in with the short code. The room was ok, but it smelled awful from either the heat exchanger or the drain in the bathroom. At night I had to close the windows because of the noise on the street. I woke up several times because of the strong smell, which I could smell stored and inhaled from my lungs for 2 hours after checking out!

Apartment was not clean, lots of dust. What I found a disadvantage is that you cannot park at the Apartment. Parking garage is a 10-minute walk away and costs 15 euros per day.

Very bad...The booking and organization was easy and uncomplicated and the telephone support was very friendly, BUT:After checking in online for 4 people, the access codes didn't work upon arrival. After waiting for over two hours we were given general codes. The next morning the cleaning staff burst in and two other employees who wanted to change curtains. The reason for this was that they thought we were no longer booked. When we came back in the evening, all of our luggage was gone!! All suitcases, clothes, iPad, etc. After many phone calls and a 20% discount, we were promised that the clothes, etc. would be brought back the next morning. Since we are exhibitors at the trade fair, it sounds like a bad joke to start the next morning without a change of clothes, toothbrushes, etc. After many more hours and phone calls, we were able to find some of the clothes ourselves in the cleaning room, in blue bags and with several pieces of damage, and later we also found the rest. This was the scariest and worst experience we have ever had. How can you believe that guests have checked out when there are clothes, suitcases and technical devices in the room???

We booked the 2 room apartment at relatively short notice with 3 people (2 adults + 1 child).Kitchen equipment: Unfortunately, in the kitchen there was only 1 pot, 1 drying towel, no spatula, and no draining facility for washed dishes. If you want to cook here, very inconvenient.Otherwise the furniture is modern but already showing its age.Cleanliness: The whole apartment smells like smokers live here. With a child and pretty disgusting anyway. The decorative pillows on the bed were super dirty. This smell alone makes you feel like everything is dirty. The fridge wasn't clean. There were crumbs in the drawers. Everything was somehow dusty. The back wall of the kitchen was wiped half carelessly. The hallway is not very inviting and windows etc. have not been cleaned for years.Surroundings: Yes, it's centrally located, but the area is super bad. As a woman, it's rather critical during the day. Really not inviting at all. And this isn't even a train station area. There are construction sites everywhere, which is why all of the parking options listed are not accessible. There is only residents' parking in front of the house and a police officer was still walking around at 9 p.m.Furniture: worn but functionally everything is ok.They had provided us with a cot and had gummy bears on the towels - that was very nice. You probably can't expect more for the price, but we weren't really impressed. We had done our research beforehand and read the reviews and this was the highest rated of the Limehouse accommodations. We are rather disappointed and would definitely not go to this accommodation again.
