I can't say anything about it, I'm a neighbor of this hotel, but you can eat and drink very well there and also celebrate for certain occasions.

Looks lovely, was a bit disappointed when we arrived,as it's pretty much like a travel lodge in England, and it's on a main road, which going by the pictures it's not,was ok for a one night stay but you wouldn't want it as a longer holiday stay

The hotel is dirty and our room was hardly cleaned, I think. We found things everywhere, a deodorant bottle and even a plastic thing (of course that could have been dangerous for the kids). We would never stay here again. In the photo you can also see the elevator which is never cleaned, although we saw the cleaning team in the elevator several times. They ignore it. Disgusting. Stay somewhere else. Location is good for Legoland, but it's not worth it. Go somewhere else.

Definitely okay for a night with children. We had a spacious room for 4 with air conditioning. Everything is there, not super modern but clean. The breakfast was certainly sufficient. The restaurant next to the hotel is convenient and tasty. When checking in I had to call a number to get the key from a safe, 2 minutes later the hotel manager was also present. Had no problem. We were not bothered by noise (slept on the top floor at the back).

Everything was great except for the lack of a refrigerator in the room. Since we were only staying overnight there was no point in mentioning this to reception. But we wanted to cool our drinks on the way. That didn't work. That was the only disappointment. But otherwise it was good value for money!

Rooms and service catastrophic. Were there 4 nights. The rooms were never cleaned, trash cans were never taught.WiFi and TV didn't work in our room.Located directly on the main street and the garden terrace of the restaurants under the window. This made it very loud when the weather was nice and the smell of cigarettes wafted into the room.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience of the overnight stay at the hotel. I contacted reception and emailed the hotel to give them our feedback. Then at least they had a chance to respond to us before I review. Interior in the room (like a conference room) from the 90s, in the pictures it looks fresh. Such fake marketing!!We had silverfish in the bed, the AC was again clogged with dust so it had no effect, the food nothing further, automatic coffee and the breakfast could not be eaten. I woke up to my pillow/mattress smelling like vomit. Disgusting!I have emailed three times with no response.Do NOT recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the negative comments. The surroundings and proximity to our relatives who live in the area were the reason for choosing this hotel.Unfortunately, we were very disappointed within the first few minutes. When we wanted to check in with our baby, our room wasn't ready an hour after the check-in time had been clarified in advance. We had to feed our child and change his diaper on the tables in the breakfast room, which was far too hot. There was no sign of the reception's friendliness and helpfulness...Unfortunately, it was no longer possible to have a conversation with the receptionist because she barely understood any German. An hour late we were finally allowed into the room...The room smelled indescribably of old socks and dust. The carpet gave off this unpleasant smell, which didn't get less after being aired several times. Conclusion:The Art in Arthotel ANA Aura is supposed to prepare you for the abstract interplay of outdated, cracked furniture and a disgusting smell.
