Very poor value for money. Small room, poorly furnished, uncomfortable beds. Bathroom not practical and old.Start of mold on the ceiling...We see that the only goal is to make profitable every square meter of the buildings located in the folds near the park.

Location was great. We were also very surprised by the breakfast. The rest was a disaster. Bed in the first double room was much too small. Furniture was very worn and looked like a children's room. Light in the hallway was broken, shutters couldn't be closed and were held together with adhesive tape .Bathroom ice coldAfter a complaint, we spent the second night in another room. The beds were bigger but the furniture was very worn. In any case, the price of 150 euros was not justified.

We have stayed in many different hotels and guesthouses in Rust and, compared to a few others, this one had a really practical and short route to the park entrance and a good parking lot where you can easily park even with a large car.We booked two rooms (by phone) and they kindly gave us two rooms next to each other in a separate hallway. Its own hallway made it look like a large holiday apartment, which suited us very well! The rooms were big enough, the beds were okay. It would be nice to have curtains in front of the window on the ground floor so that you can ventilate without everyone looking in.The breakfast had a great selection and also included higher quality products. Also worth mentioning is the lady in the breakfast room, who felt like she did everything herself and tried very hard to fill everything up immediately and have it on hand.Overall, it's certainly not a luxury hotel, but it's absolutely sufficient for a few nice days in the park. We would book it again.

Been here several times and have always been impressed by the service, price and proximity to Europa Park.I was in the neighboring building 2/3 times, which was very pleasant because you could enjoy the peace and quiet. This time I was in the main building. Unfortunately the beds here are very interchangeable. The mattresses are saggy and far too hard. I woke up several times during the night because the room was right next to the stairs and you could hear everyone going up it, no matter what floor. The breakfast has a reasonable selection for young and old.The refrigerator for guests should definitely be defrosted.Otherwise, Europa Park can be reached quickly and eating options are also very close.

It was after our stay at Rulantica that we thought we would be able to relax, but luckily we were able to change hotels in the evening. The beds were dirty, the shower fell apart but there was no insight and we would have to sort it out via booking in the end.NOT RECOMMENDED…..

Location okThe rest is a disasterRoom was like a children's room, blind broken, smell of mold. For a double room a bed 140cm wide. Is that normal? Two people weighing around 95 kg have no chance of sleeping. Complained to reception and asked for a discount or a room exchange.Nothing could be done.On the second evening, another colleague at the reception and we were able to move to the neighboring guest house. The only good thing was the rich breakfast with a nice breakfast room. This housing-like thing is an imposition. At least for the price. The room is not worth €40 more.

The hotel was a disaster. Didn't correspond to the pictures on their website. We couldn't open the curtains or open the window because it was right in front of the entrance, anyone could have looked in. The dirty laundry was stored in large containers in front of the large window. We had no air conditioning and the heat built up Extreme, almost didn't sleep. We then complained again and were given a fan for the second night. Added to this is that there is no insulation, you could hear every step and stomping and you would think the ceiling would come down at any moment. The bathroom was far too small. Hot and cold water was connected incorrectly. The door fell off its hinges every time I opened it. Was dirty and unkempt. The mattresses were sagging and with the bunk bed we were afraid that the top bed would collapse. I could go on like that but it would crack the frame. We were happy that it was only two nights. Once and never again!
