Modern hotel with old walls. Very friendly reception. Hotel is very modern. Breakfast very tasty and extensive. A faucet in the room didn't work. The check-out time of 11 a.m. is not appropriate, especially when breakfast is served until 11 a.m.!!!!!! A late check out would have been possible for 8 euros at 12 p.m.!!!...what's LATE about that??????...it would be helpful to see what other hotels offer as a late check out. Unfortunately, customer orientation and empathy were not present here.

As officials, we are lucky enough to be able to sleep at the Hotel Lamm again and again. Thank you to the Schwarze-Gelb dance sports club. Very nice, individual rooms in a historic building. Very clean. The windows are new and soundproof. The reception is always friendly, uncomplicated and professional. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Anyone who complains about this - what do you have at home?

Very modern room. Nespresso machine for coffee. The shower is awesome. Pure spa experience. The receptionist was friendly and funny. The morning buffet was very inviting. Exemplary! Rottweil is a small town to visit, the Hotel Lamm is a place to spend the night👍

The room was initially over 30 degrees. The tap water was very hot to begin with and it took forever until it was pleasantly cool. It was very loud with the window open. I could hardly sleep. It would be helpful if there was air conditioning. The breakfast was sufficient and good.

We stayed here for two nights in June in the family room, which worked well for our family with two teenage kids. The hotel is very modern and provides for great self-service. Not a lot of parking spots, but it's about a 20 minute walk from the train station. Not bad at all. We didn't see a lot of staff due to the self-service setup of the hotel, but the one time we needed something, we did find someone quickly and they were able to solve our issue. There is no air conditioning, but the nights are cool and opening the windows resulted in a great night's sleep. The hotel is located in the heart of what I think might be the coolest medium-sized town in Germany, Rottweil. The people are splendid, the food options amazing, and the old part of town is like something out of a novel. Just a splendid hotel to experience a splendid small town. Highly recommended! Oh- and the breakfast was amazing!

Stars 4.5 Business trip, booking by phone while driving. Booked easily and with friendly advice - parking makes sense since the city center and otherwise no parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. 8 euros well invested.Check in: personal, as you arrive early, extremely friendly greeting and conversation, tips for the place.Room on the 3rd floor with a sloping ceiling, friendly, practical, of sufficient size with a small desk, refrigerator, Nespresso and safe. Bathroom relatively small but the shower cubicle is spacious. Bed comfortable, not lying on the floor.Mobile air conditioning would have been available, but was not used.Breakfast: great selection with home-baked bread and an imaginative selection of dishes.Conclusion: I would like to come back if I'm in the region again.

We were only there for breakfast, which you can do until 12 p.m. on the weekend without staying overnight.There was a very good selection at the buffet and personal requests were catered for.The service was extremely nice and accommodating.For my taste there were these great things:Various fruits such as apricots, melons, grapes, pears, peaches, vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, antipasti such as olives etc.Several types of muesli and really great nuts, seeds and dried fruits. They even had 3 types of soy yogurt upon request.When it came to bread and rolls, I would have preferred darker varieties with more seeds and more whole grains. I previously asked about vegan spreads and they said they don't like getting them because they don't run out. In fact, 3 very tasty spreads were purchased (tomato-beluga lentil, pepper and other tomatoes, which were very well received and almost all of them were empty. Thank you very much for that!The atmosphere was also pleasant because it wasn't too crowded and you could have a good chat.Upon request, there is the option to park directly behind the hotel.I can definitely recommend the breakfast because they respond to guests' requests and it is varied.

Definitely no longer four stars, but the award is only valid until Q3/2024.Why not four stars:- Reception not always staffed, OK, but even if you sound like someone doesn't always come.- Rooms were modernly equipped, the shower functions in the bathroom were only partially functional. The bed cover was rather short and also narrow.- Breakfast seems extensive at first, BUT in this day and age, when sustainability and waste reduction are a big issue, you no longer have to offer jam and sausage spreads in small plastic packaging, there are enough alternatives. The topic of tea is also solved here with simple tea bags in individual packaging. As a tea drinker, I'm used to four stars differently.The home-baked rolls and bread selection are a positive thing about breakfast, but unfortunately they were very reduced on the second morning and so cross-baked that it was difficult to cut them.However, two points must be highlighted as particularly negative.- There is a lot of camera surveillance in the hotel, but there is no indication anywhere in the entrance area that this is a violation of data protection rules and can also be really expensive for the hotel.- If you leave your suitcases at the reception for storage, they are simply put behind the counter and everyone can then help themselves, since the reception is not staffed, that's not possible!!!!

Checking in was easy via the terminal in the entrance area and was therefore possible regardless of opening times. My room is equipped with new features such as smart home lights. The only thing I miss is the automatic transmission of the invoice, which I already requested when booking.

We were a group of 14 people (with eBike) and booked the rooms for June 2024 in November 2023. We were surprised that we weren't all staying in a hotel, but also in a guest house. The reception was not entirely professional, and a room complaint/change was made without any indication that it was our fault (hence only 3 stars). The breakfast, the service and the location of the hotel are absolutely great. The rooms and showers/bathrooms are large and clean. Nevertheless, somehow we weren't entirely satisfied.

Parking spaces are very scarce, you have to book them and then find where they areIt's currently a little harder to get to the parking spaces using Google navigation due to construction work, but the hotel can't help that

Be careful with the hotel staff.Don't contradict anything.It was alleged that I smoked in my room. They were treated rudely because I said I didn't drink.As I continued to talk, I was beaten, forced to the door and taken out.My right shoulder was injured.My phone fell. My phone's camera was broken.If you do not want to suffer material or moral damage, stay away from hotel employees.By the way, hotel management, don't get defensive or react without looking at the camera footage from 05/22/2024 at 9:00-10:00 p.m.You will see everything in the pictures.Star? You're lucky I'm not a plaintiff.

For a change, we had breakfast at the Hotel Lamm in Rottweil and it was incredibly tasty. The selection of dishes is amazing; there is really everything from savory to sweet. Everything is freshly prepared and lovingly decorated, no wish is left out. Even for guests who didn't stay here like us.Unfortunately I can't say anything about the rooms. We were only here for breakfast and would love to come back.
