The hotel is very comfortably furnished. The staff was very friendly. You could also enjoy a good conversation with the bartender at the bar. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was tasty and the wellness area invited you to relax. Unfortunately, other families took their children to the sauna at times that were not scheduled, which didn't make us feel comfortable. Unfortunately, our towels were not replaced as planned and so we sometimes had to deal with dirty and damp towels. Otherwise our wishes were taken into account and we were able to enjoy our stay very much.

We reserved a table here for our wedding anniversary. The table was beautifully decorated, we were greeted very friendly, the food was really delicious and beautifully presented. We had a very cozy evening.

Big compliments to the Georgian couple who are involved everywhere in the hotel! They do it with full commitment and joy.Unfortunately I was only in the hotel for one night, but it was an honor to chat with the couple at the bar for a long time. Thank you.

Very nice hotel, super friendly service and delicious food. Sauna super nice. Will always come back. Unfortunately only 4 stars because there is no air conditioning in the rooms. The prices in the restaurant could also be a little cheaper.

Wonderfully located for hikes on and around the Feldberg. In just a few minutes you can reach other towns by public transport or car so you can easily get to know the surrounding area.The staff was very accommodating and made our stay really pleasant.

If you want to work here, please be careful! The boss doesn't want to pay. I didn't pay €400. He gave me a room 2x2. And he took €300 because he said I was very, very terrible and of course I was lying! Once I was sick for just 1 day in a year and he didn't pay that money either. And if you do a mini job with him, you pay after 2 months and you always have to look for your money. He doesn't suit the employees foreigners. He doesn't pay for the holiday either! And with this money we have now bought a very nice Mercedes! Good luck !! I just wanted my money, but he blocked too! And the people who don't speak German and want to go back to their country... he hasn't paid either!

Very friendly staff, great location, very nice view of the mountain, delicious food. Price for the suite was surprisingly cheap. The only small negative point: the bed was too narrow for us at 140cm wide and somehow it doesn't fit the room category.Thank you for the lovely short stay! We'd love to come back.

A very nice, cozy hotel. Perfect for a couple stay or family vacation. It's right in nature. The employees are all very friendly and accommodating. We had a delicious breakfast, packed lunch and 4-course evening menu. Here you can only feel good.
