Great room, clean and fragrant beds, bed linen and towels, great location, everything was great. Eat at Gusto and see for yourself the quality of the best food in the area. Very hospitable staff and boss.

Modern but dirty, dusty room and furniture. The bed linen smells like too much fabric softener and is made of synthetic fibers. The mattress is sagging. The room was very dirty and had not been cleaned. It was very disgusting to have the previous hair in the bathroom and not just one hair. At just under 100 euros per night for this service, the guest house is far too expensive. Not recommended at all.

Very small old hotel, single straight room similar to Motel 6 in Canada or US does not offer. Any kind of breakfast does not offer any morning. Coffee has a restaurant on the other side of the motel only speaks Italian. Some German is not open Sundays in the restaurant when we arrived, we needed to phone him so he could come with the key and let us in, less of the room was OK. Washroom was good and pillow were a little bit on the soft side all in all if it’s a short state, it isn’t a bad place to be at.

I like coming here!In 2023 I was sure 6x and in 2024 I'll definitely reach this amount too!Slight signs of wear are ok, but they are also from the guests!I like being there and if you like it clean and uncomplicated, this is the right place for you!The food in the pizzeria is great and there is also a Rewe across the street!I like it! ;)The heaters are running, you just have to turn them up!😉👍

Dirty, dusty room and furniture. There is a musty smell in the room. The bed linen smells like too much fabric softener and a dirty washing machine. The room was very cold when we arrived in winter during snowfall. The guesthouse is overpriced at almost 100 euros per night. Not recommended at all.

Spelunke is the correct name for this “guest house”. The bed linen, including the bed sheet (all synthetic), was so musty that I woke up at night from the smell of sweat and urine. You can't cover up the smell with Lenor. The duvets were very thin and not suitable for cold winter months with temperatures below zero. The room was very cold upon arrival and the heating was turned off. The room was generally quite dusty. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed and disposable cups from other guests were still underneath. The shelves in the wardrobe fell out and the back wall no longer held up. The wardrobe was equipped with 5 hangers. The shower stall door didn't close properly. There was a large gap, so the water splashed out when showering. There was also a thick layer of dust stuck to the heater in the bathroom. There was also a layer of dust in the corners and on the skirting boards. The shelf in the bathroom was also covered in dust and not clean. The towels smelled just like the bed linen and left black lint after showering. There was only one seat in the room for one person if you wanted to sit on the chair. The stairs leading up to the rooms are relatively steep. In front of the entrance there was a hole next to the drain. I stumbled upon this hole at dusk in the evening. The hole is a tripping hazard. The location of the location is not particularly good. It is located in the industrial zone.

Nice place for one night. Clean rooms, reception at tratoria Toscana, and delicious food there. WiFi works, bathroom is clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. What more do you need?

Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, clean. Nice welcome at the Italian restaurant next door when picking up the keys. Rewe directly opposite.It was quite loud due to the main road, including often ambulances. There is only a kettle in the hallway for everyone to share. A refrigerator is not available. Everything was fine, but the price per night was quite high for standard amenities.

Location is not far from the city center, about 1 km walk through a residential area, room for 1 - 2 nights ok, clean, parking lot at the pizzeria, where you can also eat well

The room was very clean and you didn't hear a lot of ambient noise. The staff was also very friendly. Lidl, Rewe and various restaurants within walking distance. There was no breakfast, but with the supermarkets nearby that wasn't a problem for us.
