Room reserved by telephone for 2 adults and 2 children.Bad surprise on arrival. Reception not manned and no key left. After making several calls and waiting 45 minutes, we drove on to another hotel.I couldn't rate the room because we didn't see one.

Reception not occupied upon arrival on Saturday. Bathroom door handle broken. The door handle to the room in the other room was also broken, so you couldn't leave the room. Leaking sink in the bathroom. The error was probably recognized but not corrected, which is why there is a bucket under the sink that has to be taught again and again. Beds very soft. No bedside lamps, so reading in bed is not possible. Breakfast was quite good overall and it is also an advantage that there is a free parking space. Quiet location (except the church bell)

Rooms are somewhat ok.TV operation chaotic.No soap dish in the shower! Difficult to adjust the water temperature! WiFi doesn't work!Nobody on site!Just a phone number!Not even a telephone next to it! Never again!

We spontaneously went to eat there and were seated at a table that was full of cigarette ashesWipe it off oh well, doilies were put over it when we asked, spicy and garlic we were told we didn't have it and the friendliness of the service was catastrophic

A rustic restaurant/hotel inside but with a lovely outside area! Staff really helpful in everything. The sea seems to have really good food, especially fish-based food, in its mouth! I can highly recommend it!

Danger!!!!! Watch out for unauthorized debits!!I'm actually not one to write - at least negative - reviews. But now I've had enough and I would like to expressly warn you at this point.The daughter of a good friend booked an overnight stay for us via booking com in June. Due to changes in the travel schedule she has - on time!! - the overnight stay canceled. By chance, she saw three weeks ago that the hotel had still debited the costs. She complained about this immediately, but to date - despite repeated reminders - the money has not been refunded. Just unbelievable!!!

Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit outdated:- only 50% of the lamps worked- the shower head was heavily calcified- the carpet had stains- Remote control for television was missing- the mattresses are massively sagging (after a few hours of sleep I woke up with back pain and had to lay my head at the foot of the bed so I could fall asleep again)- There were broken pieces on the balconyFor breakfast:- the selection was fine- the tables were marked with first and last names. Keyword, data protection. With the room numbers it would also be clear who sits where.Check in:- uncomplicated- Reception was not occupied- Room keys were on the counter in front of a sign with the full name written on it. Again: PRIVACYWhat should be mentioned positively is the location and also that the service can only be reached by phone, even if it is sometimes only available by phone.

The two of us had dinner here on Friday and spontaneously got a free table. The restaurant is a bit old and not particularly comfortable. The service is friendly and tried hard but probably understaffed, just like the kitchen. Without any further information, we waited for the food for more than an hour and sat in front of our empty glasses. The food itself was good average.

Stayed here a couple of times: a few years ago and just recently. Lovely hotel, with equally lovely staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Balcony was great. Food and drink was excellent. Only a short walk from Winzerkeller Hex vom Dasenstein, my favourite vineyard (friday afternoon cellar tour is not to be missed). Breakfast was good and we were kindly gifted homemade honey on our departure. The whole area is beautiful, with a myriad of terraced vineyards everywhere you look. Highly recommended!
