We were very satisfied. The hotel staff were all very friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant tasted delicious. The breakfast buffet had a large selection, it was nicely presented and of good quality. Our room was spotlessly clean. The wellness area with sauna and swimming pool, including the terrace with a wonderful view of the landscape, is particularly recommended. We'll be back.

We were very impressed by the friendly and very competent staff both at reception and in the restaurant, by the great wellness area with sauna and swimming pool, by the location of the hotel above the city and by the quality of the food. We'll definitely be back.

I don't understand the often bad criticism. Couldn't find anything negative. The room was also better than expected. Attentive, friendly staff. Breakfast with a large selection. The view, despite the basic room, is phenomenal. Only, the space between the shower and the wall for the toilet is a bit very narrow.

What is expressed here is my personal opinion and it may differ completely from other people. The hotel is beautifully located on what is probably the highest point in town. In this respect, a great view if you sit on the restaurant terrace, for example. When I entered the hotel, I found the interior to be rather outdated, which was reflected more or less everywhere. The elevator was broken during my stay, but that wasn't as bad for me since I was staying on the ground floor. The single room felt like a tube to me. It was sufficiently deep, but only moderately wide. In the room there was a single bed standing along the wall, a small desk area, a built-in wardrobe, a waist-high cupboard (which was missing the minibar provided) and a chair. Everything seemed rather old to me, but that's just my opinion. The TV was mini and not up to date. The bathroom with shower was uncomfortably small for me. There is a toilet installed between the shower cubicle and the wall, which I was reluctant to use due to the narrowness. There was an unusual smell in the room (including the bedding) of kitchen and fried food. I could somehow detect this smell everywhere in the hotel. The restaurant service (dinner) was not satisfactory for me. After a complaint, the chef forced me and my companion into a loud conversation in the dining room, which ended with the chef saying that if we didn't like it, then we could eat somewhere else next time. This was very unpleasant given how many people were listening, even though the cook wanted to apologize to us as we left. When we checked out we were not asked about our satisfaction, no thanks and no “have a good journey”As I said, these are my personal experiences. In any case, I probably won't visit this house a second time.

A room from the 70's with worn out furniture, dirty, with mold, etc. (See photos) Unlike on the homepage with bright new furniture, this room in the hotel was unreasonable. We were offered alternatives that weren't any better. The food and service in the restaurant was fine. The service at reception was sometimes very unfriendly.

Hotel with room furnishings from the 70s, and not with new, bright furniture like on the homepage. Room dirty, worn out, with mold in the bathroom and on the window. After complaining, we were shown 2 other rooms that looked exactly the same. Defective appliances or furnitureare not repaired. Food and service in the restaurant is OK. The service at reception is very unfriendly on some days.

Nice view, unfortunately the room is very dirty and only superficially cleaned. Old, partly broken furniture. Traces of blood in the bathroom.

Pure nostalgia - authentically lovingly decorated in the style of the 80s - everything from the carpet to the furniture - even the breakfast buffet - fits perfectly! The smell of the 80s can be perceived - a must see for 80s fans!!!
