The hotel is currently used as emergency accommodation. The least we could do would be to notify customers at the time of booking. Or to dedicate the establishment entirely to this use, this laudable and very useful one. Well obliged to give stars for the reception staff who are adorable and the convenient location but this hotel does not deserve any. Laundry drying on the windows, dirty and noisy with zero interior soundproofing. Obviously with hygiene problems since the room opposite ours was condemned with a danger sign for ozone disinfection.... We were supposed to stay 5 nights, we left after the first. Cost of stay originally planned 474 euros for 5 nights. Billing for the night 121 euros! We landed in a nearby 4-star hotel for the same price…We have already stayed in hotels in this chain which were very pleasant, hence our surprise and our dissatisfaction.

We stayed in the hotel only 1 night. From price/performance point of view the hotel was satisfied. The service was kindly and hotel room was large enough for 2 guests. There was no many options for the breakfast.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Common areas and elevators of the hotel lack cleanliness. Rooms with stained carpet on the floor, Italian shower that overflows. The bedding was OK.

Very bad experience.We are a family of 5 people.When we arrived in the triple room there was a live bed bug in their bed. They couldn't change our room and we all killed him. Warning that they had killed several more before. They planned to contact us and it never happened. The room with an intense smell of cigarettes. No room service. The place is far from the historic center and it is not advisable to walk at night since there is an area without electricity and under a highway.

We got a double room at Dec 23-25 for the market.The room was cozy and pretty clean. They provided free good choco which was very nice. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We could reach the center via bus C3 (every 20 minutes) except holidays. However, the internet was on and off.

Lovely welcoming staff. Room was nice although unfortunately smelled a bit, perhaps from the room being smoked in over the years. Soundproofing wasn't great, but this was a fine experience overall.Location is easy to get to from the centre of Strasbourg, there is a bus stop very close by and it is walkable if the buses have stopped running.

The hotel feels weird. It is not matching the price. I can’t even change the heating temperature, it feels a bit dirty, insulation is non existing, and the wifi is useless (I am writing from my phone network because it even this can be done using the wifi).I don’t understand how it survives with the price we got for the room. It’s true the bathroom looks new, but all the other looks old and it is quite deteriorated.Btw, if you can have breakfast somewhere else. I don’t think it is worth the 16€ they ask for it. Just a few pastries, bread and some cold boiled eggs. Also an automatic coffee machine.

We had booked a room with my partner for one night but we were unable to stay there: the smell of the rooms was unpleasant, the cleanliness left something to be desired but above all we found an insect despite the window being closed. I cannot say that it was a bedbug but if in doubt we preferred to change hotels.Despite this, the hotel has very affordable prices and remains well located. The staff there is also very pleasant: The night porter (we arrived around midnight) was adorable, offered us another room and warned the assistant of the situation the next day. I was even able to receive a refund.

3 stars don't deserve them.Room of questionable cleanliness.Several long black hairs on the sheets.Candy wrappers on the floor and on the TV stand.A breakfast that really isn't up to par. Absence of fruits, cereals, cold meats, eggs.Parking for 6€.I was supposed to stay 3 weeks.I'm going to another hotel for the end of my business trip.

The best part of this hotel: the very pleasant, welcoming and competent staff. Good breakfast, clean room. Quiet during my stay. Hotel well located and served. Two small downsides: I wasn't able (and I don't know if it was possible) to adjust the heating...I was a little cold... + the smell of the sheets bothered me. But overall, good stay.
