Greeted by a worrying receptionist, who doesn't look you in the eye when you speak to him and who has a very strange manner.The hotel's decor might have pleased my great-grandmother, but that's not really a problem. The problem is that on the third floor there is mold, and damage from it which requires bacinelles to collect the falling water! I have never seen such a thing in hotels in France. There were signs saying to be careful on the ground because it was dangerous...The breakfast is really basic and could be improved, a small and sad piece of cheese in plastic and fig jam?Positive point for the cleanliness of the room even if it smelled of mold.In short, €120 in the trash for an experience to avoid.

TO RUN AWAY!My parents had booked several nights at this hotel and called me in a panic to find something else. Due to water damage, basins and buckets littered the ground on the 3rd floor landing which is only accessible by elevator (!!!) because the staircase is rotten and therefore condemned! Goodbye to the emergency exit in case of fire, then.It smells of dust, musty and mothballs. The so-called “luxury” room was equipped with old mismatched sheets and scratchy blankets. They both had an allergy attack after 5 minutes in the room and coughed for several days afterwards. No ceiling light in the bedroom, only two small wall lights.Microscopic parking which requires around twenty maneuvers to park or exit (for a car the size of Ford Fiesta...) at €15 per day.Stephen King atmosphere. Unsanitary and dangerous. Booking does nothing, the firefighters do nothing either. Absolutely avoid. A scandal and a shame.

Very good location, approximately 20 minutes walk from the center and 5 minutes from the European Parliament.Very old and historic building, correct rooms although there is a bathtub without a curtain and a lack of plugs.Very good staff attention.Quality-price a little expensive.

Great location if you are visiting the European institutions. They are just a short and pleasant walk away. Accessible public transport nearby if you want to visit the center of Strasbourg.Most of the staff were helpful and pleasant, with one exception.My room was big, clean, and warm. There was always hot water available.The Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable.

Beautiful, albeit poorly soundproofed, small and welcoming studios equipped with all comforts, the strategic location near the European Parliament is the strong point, but the road is really super chaotic, it took us 45 minutes to find a parking space. For the rest, I would absolutely go back!

Nice, old hotel, with plenty of parking nearby. Service was very good and the nice man at the reception also spoke German. Unfortunately, there weren't enough options to charge devices in the hotel room.

This is the first time I've allowed myself to leave a negative comment, but now I feel the obligation!For a first contact, the man at reception asks me: “do you want the room for a few hours or for the night!”Then we go up in the elevator which takes us to the 3rd floor where we find seals in the middle of the corridor and on the edges of the windows, then looking up we discover a huge water leak!We arrive at the room, certainly clean, but very old, the decoration has remained in its original state for at least 30 years, note the tub hose is too short and not to mention the infernal noise of the ventilation in the bathroom!This hotel should not deserve a 3 star and I think that the value of 121 euros per night is certainly very excessive!I do not recommend this hotel!

Hotel well located, clean and welcoming staff. On the other hand, room overlooking the courtyard is very poorly insulated. During the 2 nights I spent at the hotel, I was woken up in the middle of the night by the screams and rudeness of my roommate (probably a little disturbed)....I reported this problem each time, and the hotel did not offer me compensation when paying my bill.....
