The location is great!!!20 minutes walk to reach Notre Dame CathedralYou leave the car and do everything on foot or by tram. The only slight drawback was that our room was on the ground floor, overlooking the main street with the tram. So a little noise when it passes!!There is a closed parking lot for a price of 15€I highly recommend this place //^_^\\

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive review for this establishment.1) overheated room with the impossibility of opening the windows (there are none) and without air conditioning either.2) noise of the tram which wakes you up in the morning at 5:30 a.m.3) the evening of my arrival I see a stain on the ceiling I approach and I see a huge spider (see photo) while moving a table I notice that the cleaning has only been carried out on the surface and that the floor is very dirty underneath the table moved.4) the next morning I was insulted by one of the waiters (long hair and small goatee) for asking to change the TV channel broadcast. Reported at reception to another employee with a blank look, I received no positive reaction or apology throughout my stay.In short, I go to Strasbourg from time to time but this is the last time in this establishment which I do not recommend.

If you are on the street side you will not sleep. I called to be on the parking side, the quiet side, but my request was not taken into account even though it was OK for them. Not professional. I won't come anymore.

Hotel an absolute disaster. When we opened our room it smelled like cheese feet with old fish. There was mold in the shower and the water smelled like a sewer. We had to change rooms and the employee Maxim took care of it straight away. He looked at everything and got us another room straight away. And that's the only reason I give it one star. The breakfast was absolute hell. Scrambled eggs totally runny, no choice of sausage or cheese, and not properly organized. I'm more than disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone in this condition. It's a shame because the location is actually good.

The hotel was well placed for my 2 professional days in Strasbourg. Not far from the center and the train station, right next to a tram stop, it's hard to do better. The day and night staff were welcoming, available and accommodating. The room was good. I couldn't enjoy everything, it was a short night ;)

This hotel is really not recommended. The rooms are clean. And that's all that was positive. Our room was constantly 25-26 degrees warm. Ventilation and/or air conditioning defective. You can't open the windows (at least to the front). When we asked, we were told: “Unfortunately that’s the case.”You have to clean the small kitchen yourself, otherwise fees will apply. There was also no room cleaning during the stay. The €12.90 breakfast was a disaster. The coffee tasted like water, there were moldy oranges in the fruit basket, the bread was still frozen. Cold cuts or other “toppings” were more than poor and were only replenished after repeated requests. You have to clear the table yourself. Finding a place...difficult because it's a very small space. The (women's) toilet in the breakfast room probably hadn't been cleaned for 3 days. 4 empty toilet paper rolls were scattered on the floor. The toilet seat was peed on. The toilet paper is empty. The paper towels were also empty. The parking lot is small and with a slightly larger car you can hardly get into the gaps. The drinks machine in the lobby was only refilled sporadically. When we checked out we noted these points and were just told that they would pass it on to the boss.We didn't eat our second breakfast at the hotel. So I paid €12.90 for free (at least once).

Very friendly welcome, ideal location: tram at the foot of the hotel - impeccable cleanliness and perfect bedding.Downside: a second bedside table would be welcome - and two individual reading lights are missing.
