Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. The pillows had lots of spots, the color of the towels was unclear, there was no soap. And for sure, book a King room, the description of the King mattress is clear. As soon as we arrived, we got a Queen bed. Cb complained to CS, he said all rooms were Queen size. And the information in the application doesn't match reality, that's the employee's fault.

Very strategic location in front of Trans Studio Mall Bali, in a residential area but in front of itself.The most important thing is that the room is clean and doesn't smell bad.There are towels & bath soap, the toilet is clean, everything functions wellThe place is quiet, you can rest...it's not far to go anywhere, to Kuta near Sunset Road

Staying for a week is cool...Want to go anywhere close, enter the alley but not really enter...In front of the hotel there is CircleK, opposite the hotel there is a typical Lombok stall.....Next time I will stay here again with my family when we go on a picnic to Bali.....

The floor is just doused with soapy water and dried. So it's super oily and very slippery when exposed to water... in the end I used a towel to mop it with normal water. And cling,... the room is clean.

The location is really strategic, even though it's a bit into an alley, it's not too far. Only the cleanliness of the room is not very clean, the floor is sticky, maybe when you mop it the mop isn't clean, plus the toilet has a lot of yellow crust so it makes it slippery. But for the price of 180 (on Agoda) it's worth it!🤌🏻

Firstly, I only stayed for 1 night and it turned out that the hotel was nice, comfortable, and the main thing was that it was clean, the sheets were clean white.There are coffee cup heater facilities, water can be taken in the corridor, coffee and sugar are not available.I extended it to 3 nights because of comfort and cleanliness.Very workit with a price range of 200 or so.Compared to other hotels which are always dirty, stuffy, etc. at the same price.

The room is actually quite cozy and comfortable, but the floor is very oily and slippery and smells like it hasn't been washed or has been mopped just once. Blankets that are too small are only enough for 1 person.

As long as the rooms can be kept clean, it should be booming... this is a hotel... as long as the prices don't increase...Suggestion, for family rooms, add more, don't just 310.For those who rarely exercise like me, it will feel like you are going to the 3rd floor

everything is perfect!the price may be a bit up for the class of accommodation, maybe 250k per night is a good price for staying if we stay for 2-4 nights (I got 300k).. location is very good.. in the middle of anywhere.. on the opposite side it's transsmall.. the front is out a little bit of Circle K... the rooms are spacious... clean... the hot water for showering runs smoothly... the water is fast... the AC is really cold... the mattress is soft... the service is very friendly... but I wish there was a long mirror provided for looking in the mirror. .. because the glass that is placed is sink glass... so it's very difficult to read the full body...
