We didn’t know that we would be right across ICON Bali, so we were delighted. The area is great, our rooms were bug and cozy, and the hotel was kept clean. We even enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the pool.

I stayed at Svarna hotel Sanur for 3 nights in the Deluxe room which is a bigger room than the Superior room. The Deluxe rooms are all on the 1st floor or ground level and the Superior rooms are all on the 2nd floor, it's a boutique hotel with two levels the rooms look the same inside the Deluxe room is more spacious, the staff are very helpful and any requests are handled straight away and there is hot water in the room, I read another review saying there's no hot water that's wrong you just need to wait a couple of minutes for the water to get hot. The pool is on the Rooftop on the 2nd floor and the hotel is in a great location opposite the new mall Icon Bali which has the first Imax cinema in Bali and you can walk through the shopping mall to take a short cut to the beach. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Sanur to stay here at an affordable price. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are nice and thick and very comfortable I had a great few nights sleep as it's nice and peaceful there. What a beautiful small hotel. Our hosts were so happy and helpful. We didn't realise our hotel was right across from Icon Bali and next door to a convenience store, Aussie bar and massage. The beach was a short walk too. They had trouble with the pool chemicals for two days but we weren't fazed. We were here for 3 glorious night in a large room, king size bed and table and chairs out front of our room. We'd stay here again for sure

I am visiting in May 2024, currently most rooms are under construction, heavy paint smell coats the room but the bed is really soft, love it! Big hotel is being constructed across the street, but you can’t hear the noise. This place is Definetly going through renovations, I can tell it got some reviews that it was old/broken down but the rooms are super spacious, clean, and the staff is very kind. There is no hot water, but it’s so hot outside u don’t need it. The location has a circle k right next door if you forgot to pack any necessities. Right on the sanur strip for easy location. Shopping, restaurants, massages. Still happy to stay here, great location. Pool is nice and warm.

The service is good & friendly, the rooms are quite okay and comfortable, only the bathroom smells a bit, the smell of the pipes rises. And the road is too tight, whether there is a car park or not if you bring a car. But overall okay!

Prorooms is spacious and good.basiclly clean the room everyday.there is a mart bext door.Consonlything I hate is they will cut the water on your check out day for reminding you got to leave. Quite rude attitude!If you get up little late want to use toilet and shower, I am sorry! you can't do proper wash and only have one chance to flash the toilet.we extend room once, so we experience the watercut twice.

Right next to the Circle K store.The best thing about this hotel is the swimming pool, located on the 2nd floor of the hotel, the pool water's tempreture is warm and super ideal for swimming.For the room, there were some rusted part on the bed, but the rest was okay, bathroom is provided with some rain shower which is really nice.Staff are helpful and kind.

Had to stay there 1 night because my original booking confirmation and payment didnt make it to the owner through Agoda'..The place is in a good location.. And thats about it. 1 star. (not traveling to Sanur again, not much to do there)The room has some worn out furniture, thats okayish, important is that the bed and its surroundings were clean which is the second star.Toilet is something else, the sewer smell here was really intense and really bad.Worst thing tho was the night time, some geckos coming through window and out of the aircon.. Its ok, I dont mind this... But there were some other animals having a party above the ceiling and behind the walls, you could hear mice and other animals running and jumping so loud i had to check several times if they are not in the room - they werent.
