A very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. Very clean rooms. The breakfast was good. Parking spaces behind the house and charging stations nearby.

A very nice place. Our rooms didn't face the street, so they were very quiet.The beds were a bit soft. The bathroom is functional and modern, the shower is very good.The breakfast was sufficient, but not very special. The coffee was very good.

We are absolutely thrilled with the hotel. It's super modern. Everything is very clean and tidy. The employees are more than friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and large. The beds very comfortable. The bathroom has a great rain shower. There are cheap parking spaces behind the hotel. There are enough supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, although the hotel is located just outside of Bonn city center.We'd love to come back!

Careful - Fraud Alert! I had booked a room for one night. It happened to be a 2-bed room though I was travelling alone. They charged me for 2 breakfasts, claiming that is their policy for a 2-bed room, even if I'm travelling alone. They weren't willing to change anything.No air condition, avoid in summertime as the rooms get really hot.

Absolute top service, even before booking! As professional Paralympic athletes, we felt extremely comfortable there and enjoyed the service and flexibility as well as the great breakfast! If we're in the area we'll definitely stop by again. Big thank you from RSV Lahn-Dill from Wetzlar!

I often need to travel to Köln from abroad. This place offers great value for money. Also great for just visiting Bonn. Incredible breakfast but slightly expensive. Still you will spend nearly the same going to the restaurant.I find it worth traveling with the car and will keep coming back, as long as it stays at this price.

The hotel room was clean, the bathroom was also nice.I just thought it was stupid that after I booked and paid online there were additional costs.That's why there is a point deduction. I was then told that everything had become more expensive and that they therefore had to add additional costs.There was no bottle of water, only shower detergent. I think it's a bit too little for a hotel with so many stars, I know otherwise.I don't have to listen to how difficult times are, they're difficult for all of us, but with over 200 euros a night, I expect at least water or a few glasses.....

Very nice staff, lounge area is nicely done. Very stylish.Sound insulation is bad, you can hear the neighbors talking, so we didn't think about sleep until late.No water in the room.Bedding not clean.Carpeted floor in the room (Who does that anymore these days??)Location outside of Bonn, approx. 15-20 minutes into the city by car.Breakfast simple but sufficient.Some organic products.There is no carbonated water in Germany...? Only against payment, I have never experienced this in any hotel.At that price it's just not OK.

Nice big room. Wheelchair accessible. Nice big bathroom. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, which made the stay unbearable when the outside temperature was over 30 degrees. There was also no fridge, the location of the hotel was quite good. Parking space behind the house

A nice smaller hotel with very nice rooms that are always unusual. And a huge window to open, what grace. And that too with a view of the greenery and in a really quiet environment. That alone is worth at least 5 stars for the location and the room. Parking in front of the door was also absolutely no problem.Been to several NYCE hotels. But this will be my favorite NYCE. And because of the employees. Everyone was helpful, nice and natural. What more could you want as a guest?And I have never received a handwritten personal birthday card with a Haribo bear and voucher in a hotel.I'd love to come back.

We stayed here for 1 night whilst travelling. Great hotel, with friendly staff. Lovely rooms, good size and comfortable beds. Not much in the area but its only a 10 min walk to the tram station to get into the city of Bonn.

An absolute feel-good hotel. Every time I visited, my room was always super clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful.I only find the breakfast a bit expensive at almost €20, but very tasty.It's always nice when I can stay in the hotel for work.
