Excellent hotel, renovated, practically new, the rooms are clean and well equipped, large and excellent bathroom. The only flaw is that the staff doesn't speak English well, or at all. I recommend it anyway.

The atmosphere is, as the name suggests, based on a casino, with lots of slot machines, but very tasteful. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is great and the rooms are perfect.

Quite good for a business trip but rather unattractive for tourists in an industrial area right next to the casino. The room was newly renovated and very well equipped. Only the bed creaked with every movement and the toilet was so squeezed under the stairs that you had to duck your head. The breakfast buffet is varied and offers an average selection. Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

In itself a pretty good hotel. But if, like me, you're there for work for months, you'll be happy about some service. They may be small things, but over time they just get annoying. During the week breakfast from 7 a.m. Of course it would be great if the full breakfast buffet was also available. After I spoke, it suddenly worked again. However, the lady concerned was angry in the morning and tried to explain to me that she had so much to do. No guest cares. You pay for the rooms including breakfast. And please do so on time! You say nothing because of 5 minutes, but if it's basically 15 minutes later over several weeks and only for this one lady, then you're mildly annoyed.Maybe things will get better again. Because, as I said, it's actually a pretty good hotel.

I was there with my parents for one night and it was really friendly and cool, it was very quiet, everyone had their own (very clean) room and it was right next to a small stream. The staff was also very friendly and very helpful 👍Even free parking spaces are just very cool(It was my first stay in a hotel)

We only stayed at the hotel for one night but were very excited about our stay. The location is quiet and next to a small stream. As soon as we checked in we were greeted in a very friendly manner and we immediately felt welcome. Our suite was very clean and really nicely decorated. Even with children, the space was great and everyone had their own place to sleep or even their own room. The breakfast in the morning was completely sufficient and really nicely prepared. Nice staff there again with an honest, friendly manner. ☺️Everything went smoothly at check out too!We were there with our child and he was absolutely thrilled with everything!!! (It was his first stay in a hotel)We'd love to come back! Thanks for the great experience ☺️

Stopped here for the Indeland Triathlon. Breakfast completely OK, slept well, clean room, modern (albeit very narrow) bathroom with a large shower. Parking available and nice staff: gladly again!

Unfortunately this year it wasn't as good as last year. Because of the triathlon in the area, breakfast was served at 7 a.m. last year, which wasn't a problem. This time there was no possibility for several people to do that. Instead we were offered a bagged lunch. Really a ridiculous bag for 2 people where you paid for breakfast twice. 2 rolls with Nutella, 1 small (the size of a thumb) cheese roll, a Bi-Fi, a Knoppers, an egg, a Capri Sun, a yoghurt. That's not enough for 2 athletes. Outrageous! We won't be coming back! The rooms are really nice. But I already complained about the rooms at the front last year; there is smoking outside downstairs and because of the casino and the 24-hour reception, people sit outside all night and talk loudly.And there was another incident that would lead too far here.

We had the suite. It was very spacious with 3 rooms and a dressing room. Everything was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet is standard but finely prepared. The service was very friendly. The location near the industrial area and sugar factory is a bit out of the way, but OK depending on the reason for your stay.

The Hotel Royal Jülich is a very well located hotel next to good shopping opportunities and within walking distance of the train station.Our room was very clean and nicely decorated and the shower and beds were also very clean and of very good quality. The breakfast consists of a sufficient and good selection, so that there was something for everyone. The coffee was delicious but I will certainly miss it. The staff was very accommodating and always there when we needed them. I can highly recommend the Hotel Royal Jülich and would be happy to come back.

The hotel is fine. What bothered us, however, was that a hotel employee was vacuuming while we were having breakfast at the regular breakfast time. He didn't stop even when we asked him to. Hence our rather poor rating.
