Awful - didn't stay in the end.. I drove from UK to Bad Homburg and had this hotel reserved for me by work. I should have read the reviews in the first instance and I would have immediately declined, sounds like a horror movie from the other reviews. So, arrived at 1930hrs after 11 hours driving. Despite reception being classed as open from 3-9 (1500-2100hrs), no one was there. I arrived, reception shut, rung the number twice, no answer, I waited for 20 minutes and no one showed up so left and sought other accommodation. No call back, no comms, nothing from the hotelThen, the owner or whoever it was, rung two days later, demanded money, was rude and condescending. I rejected and said no based on the poor service received - why should I pay when I never accepted, signed or had anything issued by the hotel? No one was there, no one called back until 48hrs later, nothing. The hotel itself is in poor decoration, very tired looking. I would not stay here even if it was free and I was desperate. The low * reviews on here should be enough for anyone to look elsewhere - find another hotel!!!!

Overall, a great value. However, some things could be improved. PROS: Location was great. Room and bathroom were spacious for a family of four. Price was very reasonable. Courteous staff. The kitchenette was a welcome surprise. It was extremely nice to have our own parking space and not rely on street parking. CONS: Expensive breakfast with a very limited selection for the price. The towels were very rough and scratchy. There is a bus stop adjacent to the property, so there is constant foot traffic and noise, even into the late hours of the night and early in the morning.

Where to start?||My company booked 1 month there for a relocation to Germany.||Booked a 2-rooms because we are 2 adults and a child. When we arrive we receive only a 1-room, not even big enough to store our luggages. …

Wasn't as bad as the reviews suggested, but still could have been better.Booked this room through Hotwire after my initial reservation in Frankfurt was randomly cancelled (note to US / Canadian travelers: German customer service is inferior to the rest of the world). When I arrived, I was informed that my pre-paid hotel room did not include the city-taxes and that I'd have to pay an additional amount. It was only ~€20 but I was surprised that the Hotwire didn't already include this. Was it a scam? Maybe, but I wasn't about the second guess the only hotel with ~30 km of Frankfurt that had an open room. When you check in, it's in your best interest to call the front desk and make sure somebody will be available. This is a very small run establishment with minimal staff / employees. Do not expect anybody in the office after 9pm (21hr) unless you have specifically made prior arrangements with receptionist.Room was small, but adequate. Don't expect luxury, but the showers were warm, beds (mostly) comfortable and the room quiet. There was a breakfast available, but I chose to skip this option so I cannot comment.

The hotel is noisy. Owners very aggressive and not straight forward. They took cash money although they had already charged my credit card before arrival & after my bank confirmed they did, they assumed they didn't speak English though …

Whilst well located, treating their guests is not their strength. Parking has to be paid: We parked at a company lot (weekend), as places were full, but had to pay. Had to pay for a second key in a double room. Booked with breakfast. …

Check in was effective and the parking was reserved. The room was strangely styled, the bath and toilet was a large cupboard. The room was smelly and cold. Above us seemed to be a school of wrestlers or something very busy. Price was steep for this place compared to others in BH.

Room for three persons, one king size bed in bedroom (nice one) and two beds in the kitchen ( I will upload photos ) . On third day one lady is asking if I smoked at window, I said yes, and she said that for this I need to pay 1000€. I said to call the police and to solve this problem, if I need to pay this amount of money, I will do it, but by the low. After that came other guy that gave me to speak with the owner of the hotel. He said that we need to pay for each day that we smoked in the room 100€. Again, I said ok, let's call the police and to sort it out, police will decide how much we need to pay. He said that it's enough to pay 100€ directly to them and the problem will be solved, otherwise they will charge the company that booked the hotel for us, with 2000€. Owner, lady and the ugly guy was speaking Russian language, like I do. Day before, I asked them to clean our room, because during two days they didn't do nothing, and on second day we had this sad situation with sigarete.BEFORE TO BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL, READ ALL REVIEWS.
