We booked the hotel for one night. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised, especially given the price.Check-in went smoothly and the receptionist showed me everything I needed to know.You can book an underground car park for ten euros per day, from which you can drive up to the rooms.Our room was 19 square meters with a kitchenette including stovetops, microwave and large refrigerator. The room was clean and stylishly decorated.As someone who doesn't know the area, we found the location to be very good; the city center can be reached in 20 minutes on foot; alternatively, the nearby tram only takes three minutes to the market.The room floors can only be reached with the room card, which we found to be a positive thing.Unfortunately, our room faced the main street, where there are long tracks, which can make it very noisy if the window is open. Therefore, the window had to remain closed at night, but we had a fan in the room so that it was bearable even at night, despite the high temperatures.Overall, definitely recommended.

The room is small, ok for an overnight stay.The reception was staffed by sometimes more sometimes less friendly staff.The location is pretty central, thoughit was soooo loud. It feels like the trains are running directly through the room.

Absolutely sufficiently large rooms with a well-equipped mini kitchen (hotplates, pots, kettle, microwave -> everything you need for breakfast or a quick dinner), snack and drinks vending machine with very reasonable prices in the small fitness room on the upper floor.Good transport connections to public transport, close to the Federal Art Gallery and Museum Mile.The railway line on the other side of the street didn't bother me (but I'm also used to aircraft noise...).

The guest house is located in a building with the German Savings Banks and Giro Association in Bonn. Long stay bookings start at around 60 euros per night (as of November 23). The staff is nice. The rooms are great in terms of price/performance. Small gym room is also available. Anyone who works for the big T or the yellow parcel and postal delivery person has a perfect match.

The room was clean so far. Unfortunately the elevator was broken. I couldn't use the space I had booked in the underground car park, the gate was closed 🤷

All in all OK. The location in the southern part of the city is good. The city center can be reached quickly on foot. The Rhine floodplains are also not far away. After a bit of hesitation, we were also told that you could get a parking space in the underground car park with direct access to the hotel. Garage empty - why only after asking??Yes, the hotel is right on the track. Passenger and also freight trains run here. Not for sensitive sleepers. If necessary, pack earplugs. It was okay for us for 2 nights. After the festival, we slept soundly anyway. However, I agree with the others that this fact should be communicated a little more transparently.The rooms are fine. Not super modern anymore but clean and enough space to put a few clothes down. Small kitchenette and refrigerator were available. Bathroom small but clean.Not for a quiet, long stay. But for a few nights and if the location between the city center and the Rheinauen is more important, it's perfectly fine. Price-performance appropriate.

Actually not reasonable - right on the track, it feels like the trains are driving through the room - you pay money for that. To be fair, this should be communicated in advance. It doesn't work at all...What management.

Very nice room, nicely decorated. Refreshments and sports room on the top floor, great.Unfortunately in the morning there was a terrible smell in the drain from the bathroom, which made the bathroom unusable.

Nice staff, but it annoyed me so much that at some point I no longer had access to the laundry room with my card, even though it's supposed to be included in the price for people who stay longer. The friendly lady at the reception wanted to report it to the supervisor. A week later I still couldn't wash. The rooms are also very narrow, the train passes the windows very loudly at night. Reception is only open until 5 p.m. All in all not a good hotel.

Right on the train track. This was not obvious. In addition to ICE trains, loud freight trains also run here every 5 minutes. Sleep is out of the question. The hotel is located in a savings bank. There is no air conditioning and the refrigerator was off and didn't work even on level 6. Netto is 15 minutes away. The bus drives in front of the door. Breakfast is possible for €11 with the Sparkasse employees.I'm annoyed that I didn't read the review better. The ventilation is loud and the refrigerator makes a terrible noise even though it doesn't work all night long. Ear plugs don't help with anything. But drinking warm milk is really disgusting. I had to spend 2 long nights here.

The room is functional, and the positive thing, especially in summer, is the presence of a refrigerator. The location directly on the railway line is more suitable for guests who sleep deeply, as this can also be used at night. In general, it is conveniently located due to its proximity to the subway.

We very much enjoyed the hotel. Even if its not in the center of the city, it's very easily accessible by bike (5mins) or foot (10-15 min). Although the train tracks are just across the hotel I can't complain about the noise. Especially with a closed window you won't notice it. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful!!
