Overall the hotel looks tired and dated with a few modern touches. Rooms are very basic and not well appointed.Service by hotel staff was good in my experience though there are times when more reception staff would be advisable. The breakfast was ok, though I noted a few mornings where there were more customers than available space or breakfast options- this also meant long queues at the one coffee machine. The hotel location is poor , there is a railway line beside the front of the hotel that is loud and active from early am (5.30am one morning in my experience).I really hope that I won’t be back

If you want to be discriminated and humiliated for being a different race than european, please proceed with the booking.Their european Staff is anti-asian because according to them Asian Countries are poor and they treat you accordingly. They will leave no chance to humiliate you/family.Irony: They do not have inhouse housekeeping (outsourcing at cheaper price instead of hiring and training staff). Looks like they are secretly poor😌Mercure comes under Accor group and Manager handles Mercure and Hyatt House hotel. Now who is poor?

Nice facilities. Front desk is clueless and check-in is poorly organized. Night clerk has an attitude, even rolls eyes, and beaming with ignorance. Key card envelope prepared by morning staff was not found upon arrival、a new card is issued. After settling in in the room, they find the envelope and request guest to return the card already handed over. Trying the switched card it doesn't work. Worst Accor check-in ever.

This is quite possibly the most soulless hotel I've ever stayed in.......I just checked-out today after a 2 night stay. There is no restaurant, and hardly anywhere local, where you can get a meal. The only real option, is to order via UberEats.Hardly anyone seems to be staying here (I only saw a handful of people in the lobby and at breakfast)Don't bother paying for breakfast, there never seems to be anyone checking room numbers and seating people at tables. - just sit down and eat.The rooms are fine and clean. But the shower is impossible to get a consistent temperature. 1 second is boiling hot, the next second it's freezing cold! There is no clothes iron in the rooms.Very overpriced for the standard of accommodation.Dull, dull, dull, dull!

The hotel is a bit far from the airport, count around 40€ to get there. Decent rooms and service at the reception. I stayed there through a flight disruption and the breakfast was included. I thought the breakfast felt empty as there were not a lot of choice, if it really costs 19€ then you're not getting your money's worth. Coffee wasn't very good either.

No towels or heating in the room. Then I moved to another room to solve this issue. One lift with problems during my 3 day stay. Then the second broke. The hotel staff helped me to go down with my luggage on another lift, exclusive for the staff.

I like the hotel, the rooms are great and comfy. I was there for work so stayed very close to the client office. Was fine except no food at night apart from pizza or what you get from the fridge area and heat up in the microwave.  …

Nice rooms, room service needs improvement. In house kitchen is awesome .. great food on 24x7 menu, cost effective as well. Breakfast can be improved with some more variety or optional chef specials. Friendly staff. Location is good and easily accessible from Eschborn Sued station. A pick and drop facility from or to the station, would be awesome.
