Even if you have booked a room, you have to make a reservation in order to be sure of getting a pleasant breakfast spot. Completely overcrowded - probably also by external guests. A no-go. - Otherwise the service wasn't great either.

A great hotel, friendly staff, great ambience, on the roof terrace you can look over the whole of Gmünd, have a drink and enjoy the view, it was a great experience and the coffee and cake were also of great quality. 👍👍👍I'm looking forward to the next visit and the good hospitality at its best. The best thing is, I came in and was greeted with a nice smile at the reception, wow.

The hotel was booked for us by a friend...Perfect service from the start, absolutely friendly staff who work in the interests of the hotel guests. Special requests were processed and implemented without any problems. The rooms and the entire hotel make a very tidy and well-kept impression. Modern and practical furnishings, cleanliness is taken very seriously and you don't have the impression that you are entering a room in which there were other guests shortly before. All in all, very good management 👍.What I particularly like is the security system. It's virtually impossible to move around the hotel as a stranger without any problems.The breakfast and the evening bar with terrace were absolutely top. Business trip, super hotel, very clean, tidy and quiet. The staff were efficient, kind and polite. You slept well and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a spectacular panoramic terrace where you can eat. Ample parking. Very convenient location, in five minutes you can reach the center, nearby there is a very nice garden to relax. Perfect value for money.

We were in this hotel for an internal training course and I have to say that the hotel has remained in my memory for a long time. The restaurant far exceeded my expectations with its dishes and you can tell that something new is thought of every day and that the quality is very high.The terrace was also very nice and was a great way to end the evening.Many thanks also to the super nice and competent staff at this hotel.It's not a given that you get a service like this.

The hotel impressed us completely. The location is very central to the bus station and a major road, making it easier to connect to public transport and reach various destinations. There are also plenty of parking spaces available, which makes traveling by car convenient.We had booked a beautiful suite that was located towards the park and the city center. The air conditioning was very pleasant, especially when it was very hot, and ensured a relaxing stay. The room was excellently equipped, we didn't miss anything. The hotel's service is particularly positive: When we didn't have a refrigerator in the room, we were immediately provided with a wine cooler for our white wine.The breakfast was rich, tasty and well organized. You could pick up the food in the kitchen and there were enough friendly staff to fulfill your personal wishes. The price-performance ratio was reasonable and the entire hotel seemed very good, clean and tidy.From our point of view there was nothing to complain about. Only the location on the street could lead to noise nuisance in rooms facing the front, but we cannot judge this as our room was on the quiet back.Overall, a highly recommended hotel that impresses with its central location, excellent service and pleasant atmosphere. We'd love to come back!

I'm really torn... we recently stayed there for two nights with a small tour group.The rooms are really good: modern, bright, clean, with a nice bathroom and natural light.The staff: very friendly and helpful, also positive.The complex itself: quite new, quite large, with a spectacular restaurant on the 7th floor and an open-air rooftop bar above - great.You could make so much out of it. But, alas:The pricing in the restaurant is ambitious - the food is good, but the wine list doesn't even include eight wines by the glass... otherwise "only whole bottles".The service was massively understaffed, the waiting times were long and the supply of drinks was slow.A wine spritzer was then served as Prosecco in the rooftop bar... although the drink prices were on a metropolitan level (gin and tonic 15 EUR). Oh well.But the worst thing was that the electronic access control (cards as room keys) stopped working in the middle of the night - and that happened to almost everyone in our group. Since the reception is not staffed after 2300, this was a real problem and could have turned out even worse if participants were stranded outside the hotel - because: no access to the hotel, no access to the elevator and no access to the room.A nice staff member was at least able to open the rooms spontaneously, but the problem seems to be known there.Despite a promise, I have not yet received a response to my request for a statement from management about this incident.So I'll summarize: nice house with potential, but quite expensive and with deficiencies in the "software".I can't make a recommendation at the moment.
