Great holiday apartment "Am Dorfplatz" (see pictures), you can order a bread roll service online - it works great, food in the restaurant - great, you can also book breakfast there on a daily basis, great buffet with a large selection and a view of the mountains, Wellness floor with various saunas, fitness room and small pool for the children. An absolute recommendation in a fantastic setting

Our room was right next to a side entrance. Dogs are welcome.For our dog there were 2 bowls, a blanket and a pack of chewing bones. Good leisure opportunities directly at the house. Small indoor swimming pool.The whole hotel is well maintained. All employees are courteous and friendly.Great breakfast selection and first class dinner.

Great wellness area, invites you to feel good and relax! Nice rooms.Every year we celebrate our company Christmas party there with the best service and friendly, attentive staff. Very nice rooms and a wonderful terrace with the most beautiful mountain panorama.

In this hotel everything is done for people with disabilities! Staff is always very friendly and helpful! Rooms are very nicely furnished and 100% suitable for wheelchair users! The entire hotel is accessible with a wheelchair or walker! So the hotel can only be recommended! Even when eating, requests or possible allergies are taken into account and without any problems! We have booked again for next year

Overall, our stay was solid, but there are a few points that prevent us from giving it a better rating. Many areas of the hotel are showing their age and give the impression that renovations are urgently needed. This starts with the reception area. Instead of an inviting first impression, it comes across as dated and unkempt.A big plus point of the hotel is the play paradise for children, which is basically a great facility. Unfortunately, the positive impression was greatly marred by the hygienic deficiencies. There was an unpleasant, damp smell in the room, which was due to mold on some of the walls - an absolute no-go, especially in an area used by children.The staff left an unprofessional impression in many areas. Although there were friendly employees, the overall service was often uncoordinated and not very confident. One would have expected a higher level of professionalism, especially in a hotel that positions itself as a wellness hotel.The pool was a disappointment as it was rather a small pool and did not meet the requirements of a wellness hotel. There was hardly any space to swim or relax, and the general atmosphere around the pool was rather plain.The food was “okay”, but not outstanding. While some dishes tasted okay, the buffet overall lacked the sophistication and quality that you expect from a wellness hotel. Here too, our expectations remained rather unfulfilled.The rooms were also very worn and outdated. The furnishings were not only unfashionable, but also heavily used. It lacked a well-thought-out, modern design and the entire ambience seemed rather dreary and uninviting. A comprehensive renovation would be urgently needed here.Overall, we cannot fully understand the numerous very good reviews. There is undoubtedly potential, but the hotel is far from meeting the high standards of a 4-star wellness hotel. Both a fundamental renovation and professional staff training would be urgently needed to bring the house up to a higher standard.**Conclusion:** The stay was fine for us, but once is enough. We would not visit the hotel again unless significant improvements are made.
