Good things first, it is good enough to sleep there for a night, the staff is trying their best. However I would NOT call it a hotel, but rather something like a low level hostel...The reception is something like a folding chair and desk in the staircase. Also everything is old and not really clean, the building is located in a NOT very inviting neighbourhood. Considering the prices for this low quality, I would never come back...

When we booked a room near the main station, we didn't expect much. We weren't disappointed. We were warmly welcomed at the reception. We got our room, which was supposed to be an upgrade... ok... we didn't have much space, but there was also a bunk bed in the room so that we could invite someone from St. Pauli at a late hour. The first thing we noticed was that we didn't have WiFi, and instead of the bathtub (it said so in the text) there was only a shower. The friendly gentleman at the reception provided our cell phones with WiFi, which unfortunately didn't reach our room. There was probably incorrect information in the description about the bathtub. We wanted to take a shower before visiting the Reeperbahn. Unfortunately there was only cold water. We were then promised that it would be taken care of and a new room was promised. When we came back around 8:30 p.m., we were kindly told that our warm water had been turned on and that we could take a shower in 10 minutes 😊 Unfortunately, it was still cold even after 30..60 minutes. Since we only booked one night, we took it with humor.Luckily there was something interesting on TV on ARD, as it would have been very boring with 6 programs available (mainly the 3rd).Early in the morning, when we wanted to check out, we were again greeted very friendly after reaching someone on a cell phone, and we were then offered another room, which of course wouldn't have helped us if we had booked for one night. Conclusion: Very friendly staff and subway stop in front of the door. Next time we will spend more money 😊

I don't even know where to start.I give the star for the young man who welcomed us. Very nice. The hotel itself:First of all, my daughter (who booked the accommodation) and I were given a room without a bathroom (it was probably in the hallway). We already refused. The second room was clean, but the shower curtain could definitely be changed. He was covered in dirt. The bed was torn against the back wall. No kettle as described. The wallpapers dirty. There is also no remote control for the television. The room had windows which we also left open. The stairwell smelled musty and rotten. So never go there again. When we came home late in the evening, a man blocked the door for us. He lay there drunk to sleep. Passers-by then helped us to move to the side so that we could get in the door. For the price we expected something better. Just a rip off

The location of the hotel was fine. It's not the prettiest area in Hamburg but it's practical. Subway stop in front of the door, many things within walking distance. When you enter the hotel you are greeted by a rotten, disgusting smell. The room was about 6m² in size, the headboard of the bed was broken, the floor was partly swollen and the shower curtain was dirty. There is neither free Wi-Fi in the hotel nor a bathtub as described on Expedia. The existing TV in the room could not be used due to the lack of a remote control. We were offered a room without a bathroom... impossible... of course we declined and requested a room with a bathroom. If you are a light sleeper, the Hitel is not recommended as it is in a busy area.

Strategic location close to the metro but quiet. Good value for money. Clean rooms. Kind and attentive staff. A special thank you to Mrs. Suarez and Owid who welcomed us and made us feel at home.

I really enjoyed my stay and it was very practical that it was close to the main train station as all the shops were nearby. The employees are also really nice and help you very well. The rooms were also very tidy and the bedding was very comfortable. I was able to sleep very well. The next time I visit Hamburg again I will definitely come back👍🏻
