STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!1. There was no internet (free/paid) in the bedroom.2. The breakfast was old/stale with extremely low quality items. We managed to eat a couple of eggs not to starve after a long fight with the personnel.3. The room did not have air conditioning and had a fan with no cover. The ventilation in the bathroom did not work. One of the beds was broken.4 We had booked a TRIPLE room on Priceline with three beds for four people. Per Priceline agreement, we were supposed to pay 25 EUR for the extra person.4.1. They did not provide extra bed/mattress for the 4th person. I had to lie down on the floor the whole night.4.2. They were trying to force us pay for 2 people, claiming that a TRIPLE room with three beds was for 2 people. They said: "We will not let you leave the building if you do not pay for two extra people". I finally managed to pay for one extra person.4.3. We were surrounded by a group of people who worked there. When my wife stepped up to speak in my support, they verbally attacked her claiming that she's not the proper person to talk as she was a woman!!!!!!! This was in Hamburg, Germany.

The rooms are extremely dirty, all the stuff are so old and bath is in a very bad condition. The reception staff are super unprofessional. They even don’t know how to welcome the guests which words should be used and how to guide the guests... when they have a big hotel, should work for it not only once bought stuff and use it until decades... I put my scarf on pillow as I was afraid of dirt on it. There was no serious enquiry of check-in and personal ID as everyone can simply come... very stupid experience we made booking this hotel 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

breakfast was amazing, the room was cleaned and had a smell of parfum which is not bad. The receiption is 24 h but he just barely spoke German and the guy was a bit creepy. But all together it was a nice stay for a night.

In general, it is difficult to find a hotel with such a price almost in the city center. Therefore, it was expected that not everything in the room would be perfect. I can mention only two disadvantages: the bad smell of urine in the room and the location near the nightclub (almost no night we were bothered to sleep loud music). This hotel is suitable for those who need only to stay.

This is a very affordable hotel and with dated decor, but offers all you need from room, bar fridge, breakfast and clean towels. Service friendly and helpful. If you are not too fussy this is a great place to stay for a night or two.

Starting with the positive side; the location is good (4 km from the city center) ; nearby you find a bus station, burger king and a supermarket. The price is also very good including a satisfying breakfast. However; there is a few negatives; the parking is small and most of the time is full. The rooms are not well isolated, the walls are thin and you can hear almost everything. Last but not least don't expect high levels of hygiene.

The worst hotel that I stayed so far in my life. Bathroom doors do not close. Spider webs in the toilet. There was a bottle of water which was already open and half empty. Either they did not replace the bottle or they only serve opened water bottles that too half empty. No shampoo in the bathroom....the list is long...No one ever stay in this hotel

Great place to stay just far enough from the city center that there was no late night noises from the streets even with windows open. There is free WiFi when staying at the hotel. Also the breakfast was great for the price . The staff were very helpful and cheerful . Thank you very much to the staff

The place is not new no more. But it fits the price just fine. Food was okay and staff was friendly.. and beds was fresh and clean.

Comfortable room with nice bathroom. the prize of 70€ for three men including intercontinental breakfast is pretty good for Hamburg. Recommend for all the low cost buisness trips!
