My husband wanted to give me a present for my birthday, which was very unpleasant for him, but I knew what the suite was like before because we had visited it twice before and were always thrilled.The current situation is a disaster, I don't recommend anyone to book. We only got our money back after a long discussion and that was only because we didn't book through him ourselves (thank God). All kitchen utensils were on the floor, the door was broken and standing against the wall, the smell was very unpleasant, the pool and the water were also very dirty and musty, so you couldn't go in. It's a shame, especially so unreasonable and didn't even hand over the suite personally as usual, no wonder. The pictures are only a small part of how we found the suite.

Actually not even worth one starIt's come down a lot in recent years.Have been there several times, but never again now.Dining room table like in the pictures online was completely missing.Walls were covered with plaster of paris but not filled or wallpapered.Completely overpriced,Not clean,In need of renovation,Pool smelling bad and dirty,Jet attachments were on the ground next to the pool.Customer service unfriendly and unreasonable.At this price you would expect more.Status Silver Suite December 2023Pictures are just a small insight.

Total disappointment!I wanted to give my parents a surprise and let them stay overnight in one of the suites. When we checked in, the shower was already broken and unusable. So they couldn't wash off the chlorine and the smell. My contact promised me a refund of €300. After two weeks I contacted again because I hadn't received anything. I was told that I would get the refund four weeks after the overnight stay. After six weeks, still nothing came back. I contacted you again and was simply left on read!?Disgrace!!!

Very strong chlorine smell in the room. In addition, the shower didn't work, so you didn't even have the opportunity to wash yourself. After consulting with the contact person, Mr. T. Beuermann, we were initially promised a refund. This was now six weeks ago. If further questions are asked, the message will be read but no reply will be given.I would never have imagined such service!

Our suite is not a party location!The suite may only be entered by our guests - i.e. the people specified in the booking form!In case of violation: Immediate ban from the house by our security service! Criminal charges for trespassing! All persons - including those specified on the booking form - must vacate the suite immediately.Attention: We only accept couples and girls.You have more freedom when you live in prison.Prescribing who I can welcome as guests in my rented apartment is a NO-GO.Every hotel has more freedom to welcome guests if I want to retire with someone!If you're single, you're at a loss when you meet someone on vacation. Discrimination is included here.Setting up an apartment for the purposes of "shepherd hours" but being limited to only the person specified in bookings is an invasion of privacy. (every hourly hotel has more options)

HANDS OFF!!! - UNSERIOUS AND RIP-OFF!!Unfortunately, I had to cancel my booked weekend, but after several months of calls, emails and reporting to the police, I still haven't received the money I paid back. E-mails are generally not answered, calls are usually not accepted and you wait in vain for calls back. If you reach someone by phone, you will always be fobbed off with new and very contradictory excuses. - Given the amount required for a stay, this is an absolute absurdity!Addendum December 25, 2023 The cancellation regulations were changed after I reported it to the police to the extent that (allegedly) free cancellation is no longer possible. According to the information, all regulations should have existed since January 1st, 2020, which is definitely not true and the information cannot be correct due to strange spelling errors (documented)!

We booked the Silver Suite for the weekend. Fast, friendly instruction. Suite is centrally located, many things can be easily reached on foot.Unfortunately, for €920 from Friday evening to Sunday morning there was no welcome gift, let alone drinks. At first glance, the suite looks very elegant and high quality. At a second glance you can see some defects, but you can easily ignore them. Except that there is a big hole in the floor under the sink in the kitchen where a disgusting smell came out. Since you can't ventilate well, it quickly took over the apartment, so the window in the kitchen had to stay open permanently. We had to plug the hole ourselves with a towel, but unfortunately that didn't completely keep the smell out. We wish that this hole had been mentioned or that we would have received a refund of some kind.The dining room was completely empty. The website advertises a mirrored dining room.Since the floor and seats of the whirlpool were a bit sandy, we assume that the water had not been changed beforehand.Otherwise, all electronics worked without any problems. Bathroom, toilet and bedroom were clean and tidy. Kitchen was definitely not cleaned thoroughly (as described), as the fridge and cutlery were full of fingerprints, water stains and crumbs.As a couple you can take some time out and relax there. Overall, we would book again, but we would like some extras for the price, for example water, champagne or streaming access.

I have never experienced worse customer service. There's no point in having an online presence with fancy pictures. It's just a good thing I hadn't paid any money in advance. Calls, emails and WhatsApp are simply not responded to at all. And that since the first attempt to contact us as a friendly and polite request for a booking for a couple. Luckily we found something nicer for a lot less money.

We visited the Platinum Suite and were more than satisfied! A very friendly welcome, short instructions that were understandable. Everything was very clean and tidy. We were able to park our car just under 200 meters away, where there was also a bakery, so we could go out for breakfast the next morning.
