Room and hotel was old, but good enough for 4 persons. Location was very good because U and S-bana is so close and there is a lot restaurants and shops near by. Fast and easy to travel Hamburg centrum or where ever you want to go.

This is the worst hotel ever. The tiles on the walls and the floor in the bathroom was disgusting. The shower curtain was filthy. There were spiders hanging in the corners of the walls. The furniture was old and dirty. The room is also way too small for one that is supposed to be booked for two people. The bed sheets were dirty too. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The room was small, with an average size bathroom. The location was kind of far from the sights we wanted to see. …

Stayed here for a huge conference, and this was by FAR the most affordable hotel in town.  …

Terrible hotel. My wife and I came to Hamburg with our 2 year old son, and the location of this hotel was close to where our relatives live. …

We paid 85€ per couple per night with breakfast. I would say 60€ per night would reflect the hotel as a whole. The room was fine as was the bedding. …

We stayed here to be near friends. The only good thing was we were walking distance to our friends, train, and bakery. The room was small. The couch that transferred into a bed was uncomfortable for our daughter. …

We booked and paid for a single large room for 6 people and were separated into two rooms. The booking stated Breakfast included and it was not. It was 7 Euro per person and was a crappy bread and spread selection. One of the rooms we were given smelled like cigarette smoke, and when we told the receptionist about it he brushed it off even though we were grossed out and wanted the room that we originally paid for that was not available for some reason. We had a crappy experience. Oh and not to mention we had to drive around for 20 minutes looking for parking on the street because there is absolutley no where to park at this place.

This was my worst experience in last ten years. Check-in was ok and I just left my luggage in the room which was small but looked fine. I returned around midnight and realised it is quite cold in the room and that the light in the bathroom doesn't work. I tried to call to reception but the phone didn't work neither. In the morning I went down to have a breakfast and the staff didn't even reply to my greeting and didn't care at all that there are just tables with a mess from previous breakfasts. The breakfast was very poor in general and doesn't worth the 7€ they asked for. Try to avoid this place!

The room was dirty (stains, and I saw how they "cleaned" the rooms) and cold. If you want to take a shower at "rush hour", prepare yourself for cold water. Poor breakfast, you can get a less expensive and better one in chain bakeries. …
