Incredibly smooth check in and check out procedure! It's unmanned and you do everything digitally. The room was very clean, spacious, and since it's an 'apartment' it has a kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils so you don't have to worry about anything. One small downside: the body wash and shampoo weren't refilled by housekeeping.

It has been a horrible and frustrating experience. This hotel has no staff. All transactions are done through virtual assistants. I spent half an hour completing the check-in. If you have problems, they put you in touch with an automatic WhatsApp chat which is completely useless. If an agent has to assist you, it usually takes about half an hour to be available and they don’t solve anything either. I came for work. A colleague was unable to enter her room for hours because there was a payment issue and there is no reception with someone who can really help you, just a stupid AI chat. It was also impossible to access the gym because the pin didn’t work. A disaster. We will ask our company to remove Numa Fore Apartments from the list of corporate hotels.

Do not book this apartment. Terrible service, they cancel the booked room when you are already there and don't give a reason why, so you're left in a foreign city with no place to sleep. Definitely a suspicious place and better stay away from them. Unless you want to waste money, time and nerves.

We had a great experience with Numa in Salzburg but didn’t like Numa Hamburg at all, first of all there were someone else’s dirty pants left in our wardrobe when we checked in, then I was shouted at for having a glass of tap water in the cafe area (bearing in mind that at other Numa’s this is offered complimentary alongside coffee, tea, beer and biscuits on the co- working space!), then the luggage storage was full and we couldn’t use it (plus no reply from Numa), and the WiFi didn’t work on the 5th floor.Given the location really isn’t ideal I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all!

I definitely don't recommend it - this place is a scam. Don't book this! We had a reservation months in advance and two hours before check in they canceled it! We were not told why, once we were there we had to look for another apartment, which resulted us losing a lot of money and time. In return, they did not provide any compensation or solution, only a discount voucher for the next stay 😂😂😂 Additionally, they stole our personal data because we had to take a photo of our ID card before arrival. Two days before arrival they want photos of your ID card, and two hours before check-in they cancel the reservation without giving a reason! I've never encountered anything like this.

Probably the worst apart-hotel that we've ever visited.1. Indicated check-in time was 15.00, yet when we arrived at 16.30, we discovered that our room wasn't ready at all (the housekeeping lady was just starting to clean the room, + said she needs 30-40 minutes, and the room itself was in awful condition, like someone had a party there). Called the hotel, received no explanation, and also did not hear any remorse...2. We were given another room which they repeatedly claimed was "ready". The sofa for the third person wasn't unfolded and made into a bed. We called the hotel again, and did not hear any single "sorry". Why do we need to constantly reach out to you to finally have any room ready? Moreover, the bathroom was smelly with a dusty toweldryer and other people's hairs under the towels and on the walls, dirty windows, some shelves covered in a layer of dust, various stains here and there - all in all the given room was poorly cleaned.First and last time we stay here.

The staff at the breakfast area are sooooo rude and disgusting. You have been warned. This is the worse experience we had. My wife paid €18 for breakfast but because she couldn’t finish it she tried to take her croissant which she paid for with her. At this moment she was confronted by the staff member in a very aggressive way. She abused my wife with very bad words and not happy that she was taking food with her. My wife who just decided to leave was shocked to see the staff member following her to the door and still shouting at her. This was unbelievable

Very quiet location, hotel is clean an well equipped. 1km from the NEC S-Bahn Station, the way is nice through the park, but if you are coming back late in the night it feels better (woman with kids) to take the bus.

I stayed here nearly 70 nights in total over the last year. Never felt unsafe or anything else. The Staff is absolutely friendly and welcoming. If you have any concerns or questions the WhatsApp team help you. Looking forward to my next booking.
