Nice clean rooms bed was comfy overall a nice quiet place to say about a 15 minute taxi from airport. Staff were very efficient and friendly and breakfast was great only had a pizza for dinner once but it was tasty

Clean rooms, slightly small bed. The blanket was a bit too short for me. Breakfast was fine. I will use this brand again in the future. Only 15 min by taxi to/from the airport. Front denk staff was friendly and helpful.

Used to offer free water in the rooms - not any more ! That would have been nice … and a bit dark to put make up on . Generally a decent hotel ,clean and with comfy beds.

Location, facilities and breakfast are perfect. The staff were especially excellent. They were very helpful in dealing with my problems. I can't remember such an amazing experience in Europe. I would stay there again next time.

* comfortable beds * 20€ with Uber to Reeperbahn * easy check-out *We stayed here for only one night. The early check in worked after our second approach.Room is not big but the bed is super comfortable and the new bathroom is great. There is a Bluetooth speaker installed which sounds terrible but it is at least a nice idea!Would stay here again!

The rooms are ok. Pretty small, but with all the essentials. Given the location, the price is a bit high, but the hotel is freshly built and no signs of wear. The only issue in the room is the bedside table that wasn't that clean.Now coming to customer orientation or rather lack of thereof. First you stand 15 min in a check-in line because there is a one hotel representative for the whole floor.Second, and most ridiculous issue is the 10-euro breakfast:1. You need to choose a 45-min breakfast slot and stick to it2. There is, of course, a line to let you get a seat3. If you are staying alone, you need to wait more for the small table to get free (no, you cannot choose your own seat🤦🏼‍♀️)4. Finally you are given a table and you can move on with the very average breakfast for the hotels in this price-quality range. The only things that stoods out is the leaf tea selection, something difficult to find these days.5. I don't mind dogs in the hotel, but given the limited space, some dogs barking at each other and hygiene issues such as falling fur, I don't think it is considerate to allow them into the breakfast areaAll-in-all, you finish your kindergarten breakfast feeling patronized and happy to check out of this camp.

I initially chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of my relative's apartment and therefore the most convenient. However, I was so impressed at what I got for the price, I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit PLUS, anytime I return to Europe I will check to see if a Niu hotel is available at my destination. The room was perfect, the service fantastic, and I added on breakfast for each day of my stay -- totally worth it! It's very close to public transit (which is excellent in Hamburg). If you're looking for luxury, you won't find it here. They care too much about the planet to promote overindulgence, and that means a LOT to me. If it means a lot to you, too, choose the Niu Bricks!
