Very tiny apartment, the smallest bathroom i have ever seen. You can't move in the room without hitting on something. But room was very clean plus great service. Restaurant does not take CC which is strange. Area is OK, not sure how safe at night with the establishments around

Extraordinary apartment-hotel with the best hotel breakfast I have ever encountered. The location is less exciting, though but judicious use of the two of buslines that stop there brings the rest of Hamburg within reach.

Room was nice and suited us as a family of 4. Pillows were awful though and made sleep uncomfortable. Location was OK but let's just say there are some ladies touting for business nearby, so wouldn't advise walking. Parking was good below the hotel but cost €12 per night. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately we had dinner there one night. Food was nice but service so unbelievably slow, we couldn't get a second drink and didn't bother with dessert as the waiter spent all his time in the kitchen.

Our room was very nice, comfortable beds, modern decorated, a well functioning kitchen and a nice bathroom except for you could hear a little too well when the other person was using it.. we didn't experience much noise from either outside the building or from neighbours.The bar was nice but it seems to be a little short staffed at times because one person was taking orders, making the food, drinks etc.They had the option of self service check in where you could get one or several room key cards and it worked well for us.The were frequent buses from this location into the city.The neighbourhood was partially industrial and regular resident apartments but there was a lack of restaurants. There was a small convenience store and a small bakery close by but i suggest you buy groceries in town.I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel! Good location and very spacious. Don’t have any stuff like toothpaste and toothbrushes, and the double room doesn’t have a sofa bed but instead it’s an extra large bed. Very nice location and the rooms are comfy. Kitchen had a hob and a fridge, and the rooms are clean. Lovely views from the balcony.
