Avoid this place as much as you can!!!They screwed me with the booking offering me instead some hotel with bed bugs located 20 kilometres from the centre of the city.Also, there is not always someone at reception so it can take you 20-30 minutes until someone opens the door for you when you first check in.

So new it was still being decorated and the coffee-shop wasn't functioning when we were there. It was good value and comfortable, very quiet and a good location for us, with off-road reserved parking.||Helpful staff (we only saw one person throughout our stay). Good bathroom and wifi.

The bathroom smelled terribly, this stench could be smelled in the whole room, so staying in the room was more than unpleasant, and even ventilating it didn't help. I think the smell came from the mold in the bathroom, and I also found several ants here. The room was very noisy. Especially on the ground floor you can hear every guest coming and going at night.The walls had heavy stains, some of the furnishings were broken and there was a thick layer of dust under the bed.In the evening there was a knock on my room door. When I opened it, the young man from registration was standing in the hallway and was probably trying to hide behind a laundry cart (I assume he knocked to see if I was there , of course I can't know for sure, but there was no one else in the hallway), I pretended that I hadn't discovered him and simply dismissed the behavior as unprofessional and childish.I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, during which time the room was cleaned once and I was also given fresh towels, which was completely fine for me. However, I wouldn't want to stay in this hotel again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it was a very unpleasant experience.

We booked 2 rooms as we are in HH on business. Unfortunately we ended up here.The colleague has flies everywhere in the room. There are a lot of things that are not correct for me.The fries that the person who booked me here is currently being eaten by an army of ants. In addition, the bathroom smells awfully of mold. The wardrobe, on the other hand, smells as if someone had dumped 8 bottles of perfume there.Almost all of the silicone joints in the bathroom are moldy.The towel holder has also stopped working and is hanging by a thread.I don't think the remote has ever been cleaned.Countless unidentifiable stains on the walls.The service was non-existent because there were no staff present.I hope I don't take anything home with me.If we hadn't arrived so late, we would have found somewhere else.Absolutely not recommended. Booking etc. should go through here. Then this “hotel” would definitely no longer be found there.There is a lot of air up here, but unfortunately no more air down and unfortunately no fresh air in the room...

1 star because it couldn't be worse.We booked 2 nights, but ended our vacation so we didn't have to spend another night there!The room was so dirty that my friend had to buy FliFlops to avoid sticking to the floor.Unfortunately, we don't know what the cleaner does for a living, but we strongly suspect that it has nothing to do with cleaning. The entire hotel smelled extremely musty and everyone who worked there was rude or spoke neither German nor English...Mold in the shower, the walls dirty and the only trash can was 5L in the bathroom. The curtains were broken and some were too short, and there was already rubbish behind the heater.It was hard to sleep because the actual double bed was two very uncomfortable, cheap single beds on rolls and the entire building was very noisy and the walls were cracking. The bathroom fan was on all night and was so loud, as if someone had vacuumed here, but what probably hasn't happened yet. Despite the "please clean" sign on the door, there was no sign of the daily cleaning advertised. The chairs in the room and also the curtains were very stained.NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I was at a wedding in Hamburg and was traveling without mobile data. Nevertheless, I found the hotel. It is not far from the main station.If you arrive late, you can get a code and get in at night without any problems.I read such bad comments here and still booked. It was the right decision.I have booked 4 beds. Everything was very clean, warm and cozy.I find the complaining of people these days unbearable. People complain about every little thing. Just be happy that you get such a nice room for so little money. 4 people for 2 days and 3 nights 312 euros. What more do you want. So I can recommend it, especially for families.If you like luxury, you're in the wrong place here. It's modest and you feel comfortable.Very uncomplicated and simple.LGfrom Munich

It's fine for one night. Not recommended as a holiday home. Unless you have to save money.Everything is missing. The painter (it's time for a complete renovation), flooring installer (baseboard missing, for example), decoration (floor mats frayed), trash can (missing), refrigerator (missing),...Deposit bottles bagged in the morning, bed tax (or tourist tax?) should be paid extra, which as far as I know is always included. The normal parking space behind the house should also be paid extra. The usual, with 4 and 5 stars, guarded, in the underground car park yes, but here?!🤨Depending on the room location, very hot in summer!
