The hotel is in a great place location wise, apart from that not good. The room amenities were only towels, handwash & shampoo(same soap as the handwash). The outside noise is a bit loud as it is near a very busy junction. The staff had minimal interaction with all guests.

The location is like Berlin Kreuzberg, but you can go out on the street without fear. There are a lot of police around in the evenings. There are many interesting shops in the immediate area. Turkish, Eastern European, Afghan, and many more. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean every day. Not a feast for the eyes from the outside, but the cleanliness and the breakfast buffet were simply great!! I'd love to come back!! MFG Maxe

The hotel is located directly on a busy street. The parking spaces in front of the entrance are public and only free between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. Otherwise, drive by the public order office often and check. You could also use the paid parking garage. The reception with several people was a bit bumpy and the tone was a bit rough. This has nothing to do with a 4-star hotel. The room was okay. Although as soon as I entered the room I was greeted by an empty water bottle on the table. We found the beds a bit wobbly. When you were shooting at night you felt like you were about to crash. The bathroom and breakfast were okay. Nothing was missing and it was constantly refilled. If you are in the city for a city trip and don't need absolute peace at night, you can still recommend Panorama Billstedt.

We stayed at the Panorama Hotel from Wednesday to Saturday.Rooms nice and clean, service and breakfast top. Reception very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were there years ago. We had fond memories of the hotel and were not disappointed. The only disadvantage: a bit outside

The room is ok, only the bathroom is not that good, the shower head hose is twisted and the shower head always burns, the free water in the minibar is good, the staff is nice and the breakfast is good

Although it's a nice hotel, there's a lot that leaves a lot to be desired. If you stay here for business, everything is fine, but if you stay here for pleasure there are some problems. For example, it can't be the case that private holidaymakers are only served with reluctance on the outside terrace in the evening. And business people or tour groups can get drinks without any problems. It is argued that because of Corona and a lack of staff, the "Lounge Bar" is not open but is in the Booking doesn't say anything about it. We don't feel comfortable here when it comes to that.

If you think "I want to go home" when you walk into a hotel room, you probably won't want to come back. 1970s style, spartan rooms, a TV the size of a mouse cinema and an empty minibar. The view from the first floor was far from panoramic. Even the carelessly planted plastic flower in the bathroom can't change that. The location is OK. A few restaurants and a shopping center are opposite. And… the best is yet to come. The whole arrangement for a reasonable 200 euros per night with breakfast. You can no longer talk about price/performance. That's actually quite cheeky. But... as long as there are guests who will pay for it, it obviously works. Unfortunately, due to the lack of alternatives, I am also one of them. Just this once and not again.

Hotel has declined. Breakfast buffet changed significantly. Bar closed due to lack of staff. Otherwise, like before, okay.

A very clean hotel. Staff is friendly. The only drawback is the environment, unfortunately very loud.
