GREAT hotel. Much better than expected. Will for sure be back. Breakfast - the best I had in Hamburg and the quick check-in was perfect.|Room was clean and with a good view. Coffee and free minibar in the room was nice after a long day out.|Also close to city, a supermarket and bus stops.

I thought Hyperion are supposed to be 5 Stars Hotel franchise of the H Hotel Group.Hyperion Hamburg wasn't terrible but it should be like 3-3,5 Stars only.The room was ok.The food weren't great.The receptionist didn't give me a receipt when I checked out, maybe because I booked it as a leisure trip. It's not bad but it's weird. Should be standard to give the guess receipt by check out.

As Wyndham Rewards Diamond Member, we definitely felt appreciated for our membership. We were upgraded to a lovely room and had access to the Executive lounge. Both were exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely stay at Hyperion properties in the future.

The location and the rooms tidiness was the only positive to say about the hotel. There seems to be zero attention and a general unfriendliness regarding guests. During checkin there was zero information about wifi, breakfast or anything. The hotel blocked the full stay on my card including 50euro deposit and still had to pay during checkout and they could not use the same card.We stayed in a junior suite and the rooms were nice, but the refrigerator and AC was not working. The rooms did not have the possibility to open a windows, so the room was extremely hot. The open shower connected to the bedroom was a bad choice, it caused water to be everywhere. The free minibar consist of 3 soft drinks, 1 beer and a small bag of peanuts which seems quite underwhelming.The breakfast buffet was very basic, not more than okay.After the stay I have tried getting in touch with the hotel after the amount blocked during check in is not released - but again the hotel are ignoring my emails and calls. They claim the issue have been fixed but nothing have been done at all and is now saying they do not know anything or can help me.I will never use this hotel or chain again, there is no guest care or interest at all in operating a friendly and helpful environment.

Excellent hotel. Slightly away from the center, but the room is spacious and modern, the breakfast is magnificent, and there was a pleasant surprise from the hotel for my husband's birthday. There is also a business lounge for hotel guests with various snacks at different times of the day.

We had some issues in our room and got new room directly. Unfortunately we forgot some things in previous rooms.When we asked reception people to check it they did it (it seemed trouble for her) and then she told us that they found it and will bring it to us. We have been waiting for 40 minutes and nobody came. We needed to ask again and then we needed to go upstairs to fetch it which is not a problem because that was our proposal in first time. But lady on reception didn’t let us.After going upstairs we still didn’t manage to find it because someone was bringing it downstairs….Crazy
