We booked several rooms for friends for one night. We are travellers/campers who had to spend the night before moving on.• 🛏️🛏️ Double roomThe room was of perfect size especially for the price you pay. We have no complaints about the room size.We didn't need the kitchen personally but maybe add a bit more utilies for people who stay for a few nights. The kitchen did feel a bit empty. The bathrooms were spacious enough and properly placed.•🛏️ Single roomSame as the double room, no complaints about the size whatsoever and also the same as for the kitchen and bathroom.•🛏️🧹 Cleanliness of the rooms and criticismWe were all a bit shocked that there was no mattress cover and just a blanket over it.After a night sleep the blanket slided off and we found stains on the mattress...In one of the single rooms the shower curtain was just laying on the floor so one of us had to put it up himself when arriving. There were some hairs on the toilet seat and in the shower of the double room. The water pressure in the shower isn't great and me having long hair had to stand in it for half an hour just to rinse my hair properly. The water pressure in the other parts are fine.Overall for the price the hygiene was ok minus the mattress. Please do use a proper cover for the mattress so it can get washed and not stain the mattress itself. The rooms are really warm and if you are on the side of the railroad it is way too loud to open a window at night.•📍 LocationMind you that the location of this hotel is right next to a busy 24/24 railroad. If you are unlucky like us you sleep on the side of the railroad and can't get sleep due to the noise. The amount of sound the trains made when passing was insane and we barely slept. So take earplugs! We arrived when it was already dark and drove past the entrance a few times because there is no lightning or visible enough sign to the hotel.🚘 The parking lot looked very shady and is very small. We were actually scared something would happen to our car especially since we had one of those roof rack boxes on top of it.There was quite a lot of garbage laying around and even if you cane with a small car making manoeuvres was difficult due to how narrow it was. (We had a big car so you can only imagine how many turns we had to make)In the end nothing happend to our car.Overall we couldn't complain for the price, you definitely saw that the hotel was trying to renovate/better it's rooms. It's just things like the mattress, the hairs, the shower curtain that made it feel dirty. They can't do anything about the railroad other than maybe find a way to keep the rooms cooler especially during the night. You don't hear the railroad as much with the windows closed but it will result in an oven of a room.Cleanliness rooms: ⭐⭐⭐Cleanliness hotel in general: ⭐⭐⭐Noise: ⭐Rooms: ⭐⭐⭐⭐Price: ⭐⭐⭐⭐Parking lot: ⭐⭐Friendliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐Location: ⭐⭐Thank you for being really friendly though!

One of the worst hotels that I’ve ever been in my life, staff is outrageous disrespectful as their dirty state of hallways laundry room is an standard, apart from the total lack of empathy for the clients sleeping time.Shouting and yelling everywhere; therefore I will never recommend this place for nothing.Simply disgusting.

I've been traveling through Germany for 20 years and calling something like that a hotel is ALMOST insulting. The beds, the kitchen and the bathroom were beyond disgusting. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired, as does the equipment. The health department and the German Hotel Association should be informed regularly, as should the fire department. SAFETY is not a lower priority but not at all.

There are only 2 advantages of this hotel. On the one hand the refrigerator and on the other hand there is a McDonald's next door.Otherwise, this hotel is not recommended, the towels were dirty, as was the bed sheet. The kitchen (except for the refrigerator) is completely useless because there are no pots for the stove and no trays for the oven. The dishes were dirty and there was no detergent to clean them. We found several dead insects in the room, some of which were still alive. The employees weren't the friendliest people either and when checking in they were busy with other things instead of with us.Surroundings of the hotel very strange and creepy especially in the evening/night. It is also very far away from the center and the only bus runs every 20 minutes, but can sometimes come too late or too early. It's better to spend a little more on another hotel than to go to this one again, if you can even call this a "hotel".

My stay at this hotel was so unforgettable that I still have nightmares about it - and not in a good way! The room was so dirty that I wondered if I had accidentally ended up in an experimental laboratory for new germs. The heat was unbearable, but opening the window didn't bring any relief, because there were train tracks right outside. So you can choose whether you can't sleep because of the sauna in your room or the concert of the trains speeding past. Lack of sleep included! The area around the hotel could easily be used as a backdrop for the next horror film: abandoned buildings and mountains of rubbish as far as the eye can see. A ghost town would be an upgrade against that! And then the shower. The water didn't drain because the drain and the sieve were so dirty that you'd think a new life form had developed there. Instead of a refreshing shower there was a disgusting standing party in the water.Overall, the stay was so bad that I wonder if the hotel is conducting a secret stress management experiment. All I can say is: stay away if you value your health!

Rooms are modernly furnished. However, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. In addition, the remote control was missing, the kitchen could not be used as there was no pan or cooking pot. The hand basin fitting in the bathroom was loose and showering wasn't fun either as the water pressure was minimal. The biggest drawback was that it smelled extremely like mold in the room and it wasn't actually possible to rent it out. So I had to sleep with the window wide open and the noise was unbearable. Especially since the fire alarm was broken and was in the closet and the exhaust in the bathroom didn't work either, which may explain the mold problem. Overall, no recommendation.

Stayed in this “hotel” for 1 nightThe double room is far too small for 2 people. The room was dirty and uncomfortable. Our room had windows facing the back. There is a railway line there. To the front there is a street and 2 apartment buildings. Also doors slamming all night long. All in all, not a quiet night possible

We took the hotel because it was cheap, but that was the wrong decision.Cleanliness? Doesn't exist here! There were empty toilet rolls hidden in the bathroom.Have a shower? Yes you can, but take your time as the water jet is very weak. The kitchen? Should be cleaned...We didn't put it in the fridge either, it was endlessly dirty.Sunday morning, when you can ACTUALLY sleep in in peace... NOpe!Woke up at 7:40 a.m., fire alarm in the whole house, shock of life.We went out but there was nothing there. No police, no fire department, no employees. On the whole? It's better to spend a little more money, you won't see us here again.
