Lack of elevator, so keep it in mind if you have big bags (as we had), the room is pretty nice, the only thing that kinda concerned me was pretty dirty floor, but the rest is okay. They have a fridge with drinks, where you can only pay in cash. Next to the hotel there’s a little store, also cash only. On the weekends it’s kinda loud outside, but it was easy to fall asleep with closed windows.Update: if you want to check out early (like we wanted today at 6:30), don’t expect anyone at the front desk. We almost got late on the train trying to find a receptionist, after walking everywhere around the ground floor and calling couple of numbers, sleepy receptionist (I guess) picked up a phone and told us to leave the card on the front desk.

We booked a dorm room and didnt expect much as it was a cheap option and we tried to get the best out of it.To our surprise, when we came back to the hostel, other people were sleeping in our beds. We asked the personel what to do, and he was saying guessingly that he think bed 20 and another bed I dont remember could be free (meaning we had to go look behind the covers of peoples beds to check if we could use that certain bed).At this point we had had enough and the dorm room creeped us out (so did the personel), so we asked to book a room. We booked one for 140 euros, and could finally know that (hopefully) no one would take our beds now. This room was cramped and was literally on top of a nightclub making it close to impossible to get any kind of sleep.Horrible horrible place, we expected nothing and the experience was even below that. It’s a place you just want to get out of, with incompetent and extremely unfriendly staff. Do NOT go here, it’s a rip off and I wouldn’t stay here again even if I got paid to do so.

Simple and clean room. The desk is not very suitable for computer work though. Shower with hot water and comfortable pillows. Reported noise problems during the weekend night when the disco in the building next door is open.

Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location to the Reeperbahn for a stag party. Only issue was on Friday and Saturday the nightclub next to the hotel is open until 6am and you can feel the vibrations all around the hotel. …

I don't want to call it a scam, but what would you say if you'd booked a single room and get a spot in a 10 beds room in an hostel? And there is no way to get your money back (the reservation is irreversible, even if you are right!). I strongly don't reccomend this accomodation.

Very noisy, right beside a club that closes at 5am…unless you’re prepared to get into hotel late without restful nights sleep, no lift and be aware people have accidentally booked a one bed room but its really a hostel, so one bed in a 10bed shared room.

The worst reception staff I have encountered in my life (and I travel for work and live in hotel most of the year). I am referring to the old grumpy man, whose name I couldn't get to know. ||So firstly, the check in. …

We stayed here Tuesday and Wednesday night. We didn't have any noise issues. The room is basic and there is no fridge. Location is great. We walked to all the main tourist sights. Lots of nearby restaurants and grocery store

It is a shame that they write inconspicuously that you are booking a room, without making it clear that it is a shared room with 10 people. Each surface is surrounded by a coating. It is unfortunate and frustrating for a person to pay for a room as explained by The Hotel website. You end up in a common room.
