The room was large and it could have gotten 5 stars if they didn’t forget a bed linen for the pull out bed and if the cold water in the kitchen had worked. The balcony could not be used as there were no furniture.The parking lot entry was a bit tricky to get up but it worked👍The restaurant gets 4 stars - we got a really nice meal 👏

If I could, I would give more than 5 stars, a very clean and very nicely decorated facility, the chef seemed to have lived with us for the past 50 years because he hit all the tastes, the prices are very affordable, the service is excellent, certainly a facility to recommend, well done, well done to the owners of the facility.

I had the pleasure of having dinner at Ole and to say it was spectacular would be an understatement! The service was exceptional! The food was out of this world! The ambience of the restaurant was beyond magnificent!All-in-all I can say this is the best restaurant in the whole of Hamburg without any competition! Everything was quite simply amazing!I look forward to my next visit!

We stayed in the adjacent hotel by Olé for one night and felt super comfortable. We were there for our favorite ice hockey team who played against Hamburg. We were even invited for a quick drink into the restaurant once we were back from the arena, eventhough the restaurant was already closed. We are greatful for our lovely stay and would always come back if we are around.

The restaurant has great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The service couldnt be better and the staff are very kind and friendly. Good wine, good coffee, and tasty food. Price quality wise its fair.The restaurant and hotel are both newly renovated and look great.The hotel rooms are very clean and and modern. The beds are very comfortable and big. Just like the restaurant the prices are fair and Ive definitely had less accomodations for a higher price in other locations.I can definitely recommend eating here or just staying some nights in the hotel.

looks good, but steak was cold, sauce didn't have more than 1 mushroom and everything's was expensive more than standard price in everywhere. I was here over 4 times and two times was something wrong. Anyway Kellner is very fine, local looks cool, food too expensive for those quality.

Dinner was amazing ❤️ We were lucky to have a dinner during the „happy hour“ so we get very very delicious steaks just for 13,90€. Everything was testy. We really enjoyed the food and will definitely come again!Thank you!
