My experience with this hotel has been a disaster before it even started. During my booking, I clearly stated that I would be checking in after 11 PM due to my flight, and they confirmed my reservation knowing full well that they wouldn’t be able to check me in since the hotel closes at 10 PM.What’s worse? They are now refusing to cancel the reservation. This reflects terrible management and a blatant disregard for customer service. In short, avoid this hotel at all costs. The service is absolutely unacceptable and the communication is nonexistent.

An absolute dump of a hotel in a very intimidating area for families especially. I understand every city has dodgy streets, often near the main train station, it’s not unusual but it’s very important information to know that this hotel is right in the middle of one. There are constantly people on the street smoking, shouting and generally acting in an aggressive manner with each other.Specifically about the hotel:regularly random people in the reception area talking on phones. No parking at all despite being mentioned as possible at the time of the booking.(this has been changed on their booking dot com listing)No air conditioning.Extremely noisy area.Horrible dusty carpets.Nothing in the room at all except the beds. Not even a glass to put your toothbrush.Reception staff extremely rude and aloof.Lift not working at random times.WiFi took hours to initially connect. My suspicion is that lots of people not staying in the hotel are using it and it gets completely overloaded. I would not rely on it for anything important and you can forget about the reception staff helping in any way. When you book you will also get a very scary message which says“ Our check-in times are from 3pm till 10pm. Check-in after 10pm is not possible. If you don't make it in time, you can hire someone to do it. Please provide this person with your booking number. A power of attorney is also required.”I’m sure there are lots of nice hotels in Hamburg. This one certainly isn’t among them.

Do not stay at this hotel. The place is stinking hot, with no air conditioning and is the loudest noisiest place I have ever stayed at. You cannot sleep with the window open because of the noise and you can’t sleep with it closed because of the heat. Avoid at all cost. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before I booked.

One of the receptionists was not good. I tried to explain my condition that I only needed another key to my room but he didn't let me finish my word. He just kept telling me that he needed a passport. And the worst was he served and talked to everyone even people who came after me. He just let me wait and I became the last person he served. And everytime I want to talk he cut my sentences. Please treat everyone the same, no matter how they look and what their race is, I am your customer too.

It's not well suitable for families. Late check-in is not possible. Too noisy and low quality and no facility. The location is close to the train station, but a lot of homeless people walk around. Dark floors, so cleanliness is not obvious! The only upside was closeness to the good restaurants and cafes.

AVOID! This hotel has inhuman policies. If you arrive just 1 minute late, they'll cancel your reservation and leave you sleeping on the street. Shockingly rigid and unforgiving, this establishment shows no understanding or compassion for guests facing minor delays. What's worse, they refuse to refund your money and won't hesitate to call the police on you. Look elsewhere for accommodation where your comfort and needs are valued.

Very good for the money, the surrounding area isn't the best but it's very central. Our room was very clean and the staff were friendly.Outside can be a bit noisy but we were at the back so not s problem.I honestly don't know what some people expect for the money, if you want a top hotel in a nice area get your hand in your pocket and pay for it and stop moaning. If you can get over the surrounding area not being the best then this hotel is good.

It’s just a scam really. I clearly said that we couldn’t make it before 10pm and well, they told us that we then had to hire someone to get the check-in done. Like what?? I never had that in my life before. Also, you can call them and no one picks up.I didn’t read the Google reviews before booking so I missed the clues for once… but this place is a customer experience disaster. Avoid at all costs… and get a hostel, they’re doing a much better job

They have bed bugs. Full stop. What more needs to be said, if you have a emergency and need someone to sleep so you pay and then can’t sleep all night cause of being bitten what’s the point to pay less money, better you just stay outside somewhere and stop bed bugs from getting to your clothes. I’m not so lavish but there should be a basic level, in English we say common decency which is lost here. This place should be shut down

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I made a reservation and immediately requested a late check-in, as my flight will arrive late. Unfortunately, they were unkind and unhelpful. They showed no understanding or willingness to accomodate my situation. Their lack of empathy and refusal to provide alternatives left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic customer service.
