Prizeotel is a good stop-over hotel if you are in Hamburg for a short amount of time. The rooms are clean and tidy - however the carpets (in my room at least) are a little worn and have signifficant stains. The staff are friendly and courteous - there is a self-check in and out kiosk if you are in a rush. The location is close to the city, but you do have to walk a little if you want to get somewhere. If you are an out-of-town traveller not used to walking a couple of kilometres, make sure you check the location against your itinery.

The evening receptionists Sabrina and Illham really made my experience so delightful! I was traveling alone for the Eras Tour and they were so friendly and nice and wanted to hear all about my experience and see my outfits. They made me feel so welcomed and provided me with everything I needed. The breakfast was 10/10 amazing as well. I can’t believe they put this together everyday. Just superb! My only complaint is that the location was a bit of a walk from the fun things I like to enjoy, but only about 20 mins so not too bad. Definitely nice if you’re looking for a chill and quiet experience.

Please do yourself a favor and book another hotel. There are other much better options for the same price. The room was dirty and reeked of body odors. Probably from previous guests. I thought I could endure it but it made me ill. The service at the front desk was snidely, unprofessional and rude. They could arrange me another room but I could tell my stay at the hotel would not be a pleasant one so I checked out barely an hour after arriving at the hotel.

Stayed two nights but the hotel only clean after we leave. The hygiene was a bit concerned which the ground floor was dirty and had many stains. The breakfast option was limited, no food was surprise and recommended. When checking in, it took quite long, at least 10-15 mins wait before completing. Moreover, the most annoying was the WiFi, very poor and the signal was not strong.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Quite cheap compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms could use a deep clean (you can see quite a few stains in the carpet) and the tech for check-in wasn't working.

Overpriced very basic hotel with minimal comfort in the rooms. Also arriving after a long trip, not receiving a warm welcome, you need to self check in which was not working but finally after half an hour waiting among other confused travellers I was able to check in my room. Adding the parking cost of 22€ per day this hotel is way overpriced. Not recommended, better Take Melia next door!

Absolutely the worst service ever. The manager started yelling at us front of our kids because we asked to have a connected room, and she immediately said if we don’t like what they’re giving us, we can find another hotel. Even though based on our membership with Radisson we should upgraded to a better room.I highly recommend any other hotel in Hamburg, even if it costs more.

Simple but nice. Almost in front of the hotel is the public transport stop for line no.3, which will take you to the main station and to the city. Excellent accommodation for the price. And I really liked the facade of the hotel :-)

The rooms themselves are perfectly fine, but the WiFi internet is unusable, even simple text pages load slowly. There are long queues to check in because there are not enough Front Desk staff for such a large hotel.

Nice quiet rooms despite being close to the railroad. But - unable to open the windows, it was quite hot during the night.Location wa fine with 30 minutes Walt to the city centre. The breakfast buffet was fine with a wide selection as well as juice and coffee.Parking was free but with poor instructions.
