Our train was delayed by two hours and they did not make any accomodations for us to check in past 10pm despite telling them we would be there only 5 minutes past closing time. Very disappointing and unacceptable for them to have no flexibility and compassion in response to affected travel plans.

Booked through booking. At booking - due to arrival by train - I stated that check-in is only possible at 00:30. Booking was confirmed. After confirmation I got a message that check-in was only possible until 10pm – with no alternatives. I directly canceled the booking - but never got the full amount reimbursed.

We chose this hotel as it had a family room for 5 people. We were there from July 8-9.The ads are misleading. You have communal toilets and showers. Our room was in the attic of a 5 story building. There was no elevator available so it was 6 flights of stairs to get to our room carrying our luggage. Then there was no air conditioning on a very hot day. There were also a lot of flying bugs in the room which had us with bites in the morning. The sheets were stained, there were black finger prints on the walls and ceiling, and the artwork was drawn on. One tv didn't work and the other had limited channels. Several of the outlets were not functioning and a lamp didn't work either. The wifi code did not work. We went down to get it looked after and no one knew what they were doing. DO NOT show up before the check in time. They are not accommodating even if you just got off an airplane and are walking around with your luggage. We asked for a later check out and paid $45 Euros for 2 extra hours. They were standing at our door asking for the keys to the room before the 2 hours were up. Not a good experience at all. Definitely not family friendly.

Very poor customer service. After several attempts to contact them with no response we decided to cancel the reservation and even with that we were required to pay full amount and still trying to contact and solve the issue with no success whatsoever.

Disgusting room. Hair everywhere. Called reception and waited 40 minutes. Then called again and was told it was none of their business. The guy refused to help me and refused to give me his surname for refernce. Told me to write an email with a complaint. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

All in all I had a good experience here. The hotel is located in kind of a rough area, but it's super close to the train station and well connected to other parts of the city. The rooms were okay, nothing extraordinary and not dirty but also not clean to the core somehow. Service was good, towels were exchanged every day and reception was always able to help. If you're not gonna spend a lot of time in the room, it's an okay stay :)

IF YOU ARE BOOKING DIRECTLY FROM THIS HOTEL, DON'T DO IT. YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY RESPONSE WHEN CONTACTING THEM. No customer service!I have stayed in this hotel many times for work and I can really say that you actualy pay just for the location, and to sleep inside and not out. The cleaning is 3 stars because many times the rooms smell, and thy come, make your bed but dont clean the floor for example. There are some rooms there is no place to leave your clothes. You have to leave all on the bed (if you are sleeping on italone, if not i am sorry)The reception is open from 15:00 - 22:00 and there is no way to contact them if you are late. My company have booked from CWT and one time i called the reception i was able to speak with them only because CWT was my provider and they have to answer! And when i say 15-22 open i really mean that. Bcs if your plane is late or, train is late or whenever your reason is they really won't stay more then their shift (tipical German).

I don’t really suggest a woman to stay here alone. In my opinion, the location is not safe at all. Full of gangsters, weird people, junkies and so on. I feel not so safe even though it was during the day. However, the room was ok for me. I stayed with shared bathroom. It was clean. But it was quite noisy from outside even though you closed the window. I mean, it was cheap if you don’t mind that of things. I think it is ok to you.
