Room was very small and bed was not the greatest. Im glad the room had a mini fridge. But there was no water kettle/boiler so we couldnt make ramen or anything. Elevator was really small im glad we didnt have much to carry. Lobby was nice and staff was friendly. Location is good but not pretty. There are shops and restaurants near.

We had a very, very unpleasant experience.We arrived at the hotel late that night, very tired, and were sleeping deeply.Suddenly at about 3 am the door was unlocked and two employees entered our room laughing.We got up in terror.The employees noticed us and ran away without apologizing. When we chased after them and asked them what was going on, they simply said they had made a mistake and ran away.The next morning we told the front desk what happened and asked for the manager, but they didn't seem to care. We were offered a complimentary breakfast with no refund of course. We were so tired and uncomfortable that we could not sleep, and breakfast was not an option.We asked for full reimbursement and they really didn't seem to care.I would not stay at this hotel.There is not an ounce of hospitality.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. While the room itself was quite spacious, the bathroom was very tiny and the bathtub uncomfortable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not working for three out of the three days of my stay, which was frustrating. The room was also too warm for my liking, and the bed was too soft. However, the location of the hotel was convenient, and the breakfast was decent, although there were no vegan options available.It's also unfortunate that the elevator was not working on the first day of your stay, which resulted in you having to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. This is certainly not an ideal situation and can be quite exhausting, especially after a long day of travel.Overall, my stay was not great, but it was okay. I hope the hotel management will take note of the issues I experienced and work on improving the guest experience in the future.

Staff was receptive and nice. It is fairly close to the main train station and u bahn. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which is something that drives me crazy here in Germany. The bed was ok, I had a good night sleep, but the pillows are definitely not very ergonomic.Can not comment on the breakfast since we had none. Bathroom need some updating too
