I stayed at this hotel for a friends stag doo. I found the staff at reception extremely friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. I unfortunately left my watch in the room and travelled back to the UK. I emailed and the helpful staff posted my watch back free of charge. I'm extremely grateful. Many thanks

I really like this hotel mainly for the location and price. The room is a little small but not bad at all. The main selling point for me was the perfect location!

We were there to watch a soccer match in their bar/cafe. The waitresses were very rude and shouting. If they are not happy that they were working over the weekend, then they should just not do it!

There is nothing particularly wrong with this hotel, it’s clean and tidy however the location isn’t that great if your not wanting to you out Partying. The hotel did smell of smoke a bit but I think that was due to the bar’s located on the street below rather than anyone smoking inside. If your wanting something party central this is the perfect hotel for you, otherwise I’d probably suggest staying elsewhere purely due to the location.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable with an amazing staff. They gladly moved me to the quiet side of the hotel after my first night. The staff was helpful in helping me find laundry service. …

This is a review of their breakfast buffet. All of your German breakfast buffet classics PLUS bacon, scrambled eggs, Sunnyside (!!!), Fruit juice and ALL the coffee specialties (from machine). It became my new favorite quick and easy breakfast place... But then they raised their prices 3€ overnight. Still not terrible for what you get, but moved itself out of 1st place. Without a doubt -ABSOLUTELY a better choice than the Hamburg cafe chain that's name is a calendar month... M**For breakfast on the Reeperbahn - can't be beat

Great value for money. Plain and basic, but modern room, very clean plus a comfy bed. In my case only got the essentials, meaning no kettle with complimentary tea/coffee, or a safe, as is the norm in other countries. But hey, you don't go to Reeperbahn to flaunt your jewels or drink tea. My advice... If you expect a quiet night on a weekend, you should book elsewhere. This is party town!
