Great location next to local transport hub midway between airport and city centre. Good sized comfortable room. Excellent en suite.Only downside, with the bar closed over the weekend, there was nowhere to get a hot drink within the hotel. I was told to go back out again for a takeaway coffee from the station.

The rooms are clean and spacious. But our experience was a bit off since we thought there would be a large bed for 2 adults and a child. But it turned out to be a queen bed which was informed to us only the day before our travel. I had emailed them about 2-3 weeks earlier and they just responded saying they don't provide additional beds. They could've mentioned that it was a smaller bed too at that point.The rooms weren't cheap and at the end of the day we couldn't get a good night's sleep!Don't book these rooms if you are traveling with kids. They have sufficient space so carry an air bed in case you really have no other options.If it's for a business trip/ without kids, the rooms are great and the staff are friendly. Disability friendly bathrooms and access.

Vending machine in the lobby is not working. Late dinner option upon arrival was not available.Update 2024:After arriving, I went for a lunch in hotel.I ordered a sparkling water, which I got in the glass poured already without bottle. Ofcourse I refused the lunch.The dinner was even greater disaster, with 4 dishes offered, from which only one was partially available, other dishes were not refilled. Quality of the foor for dinner was poor.Only good thing was breakfast which was up to standard.

It’s not in the center but only 7 stops away from it, with U3 running every 4 minutes I’d say it’s good location. Staff were nice and spoke good English which is important for me. Room was clean and cool with air-con. Supermarkets are close, and a few restaurants nearby.

The hotel is fine, the room clean, plenty of towels, beds comfortable. I got a room off the patio, so I can't comment on the noise I was worried about. The bathroom is fine, there's both a normal shower and a rain shower. Breakfast is good, but for this price range a bit disappointing in terms of choice. Nonetheless, what is served is tasty, and the red paste, probably from sun-dried tomatoes, was outstanding. Besides, good coffee and pastries (croissants, pain au chocolat, cinnamon roll), as well as pancakes.

Be careful with the cleaners here they do not respect the “do not disturb” on your doorOn Saturdays they usually clean and they’ll swap the tag to “clean my room” I noticed in the morning and change it back to “do not disturb” and after an hour I saw them changing it again to “clean my room”They cannot do this, the cleaners cannot change the “do not disturb” themselvesThis is a violation to privacy and also I’m usually naked in my room what if they enter and see me naked ?!?! This is not allowed
