Rooms are quite nice and cozy, amenities included. The hotel itself is well kept but a lot of plush and antique style furniture give the ambiance a subdued atmosphere. Bathrooms have been renewed and are quite modern.Food was mostly very good, service varied a lot. We had very nice, pleasant personnel, however some of the ladies were not that nice and came across quite a bit arrogant.

I spent two nights at this hotel with my teenage son and we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet area and offers free parking for guests. The premises are well-kept and the staff is very helpful and friendly.The only drawbacks for me were the lack of bottled water in the room and the absence of air conditioning. I think these are essential amenities for a comfortable stay, especially in the summer months. I hope the hotel will consider adding them in the future.The restaurant at the hotel is good and serves tasty food. We did not have to wait long for our orders and the portions were generous. However, I would have liked to see more variety in the menu, as it seemed a bit limited in terms of options.Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in the city. It has a lot of positive aspects and a few minor flaws.

I realise Hamburg is an expensive city, but I was slightly disappointed by the lack of facilities. At this price, I was somewhat surprised that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.  …

Super, suuuuper CLEAN. Large, spacious rooms. Super helpful staff. GREAT neighborhood. A traditional building but modernly redone.I am very picky and extremely particular about cleanliness. Whoever is in charge of keeping this hotel clean deserves ab award. I could not find a single speck of dirt, dust, discoloration, limescale or fingerprint anywhere. (And I looked!!)I needed somewhere outside of Hamburg city center for 4 days that offered easy/free parking. When I found this hotel on Check24 I was skeptical because of the low price. So…I drove over there first (before I booked just to see if it was a dodgy place). I was pleasantly surprised. It’s located in a nice & quiet, a very green, residential neighborhood. The minute I saw the building and grounds of the property, I immediately booked the room while seated in my car.The interior is classic but modern at tge same time.I gave it a 9.5 out of 10 only because there is no refrigerator or air conditioning in the rooms. Other than that, I it’s a perfect place to stay.I absolutely recommend it. GREAT value.

Absolutely best service ever.I enjoyed our residency and our choice was this hotel for the parking free zone and the pictures from the hotel but come on man, it is the most amazing looking hotel i saw, and i saw many.Absolutely stunning with everything.The breakfast was medium but was more than enough, I’m not a person that eats more than i need and don’t just want the breakfast to be extremely huge.The staff are shining with their smile and how nice they are, i can’t remember names specifically but it was a big guy from the morning and the lady in the reception miss Pretzil or something similar.I will always pick your hotel and recommend it to everyone ❤️❤️Thank you for this excellent experience 👏👏The small detail that the couple room bed was not one bed but single beds together which I didn’t even wanted to ask for a new room but it was my own thing not a problem at all.

A very charming area where the hotel is located, far from the city noise but with the sounds of ducks. The hotel is clean, tasty breakfast and, importantly, free parking, the only downside is the lack of drinking water in the room as in other hotels. Overall I recommend this place.

Stayed for 3 nights late July 2023. Exceptional hotel, very comfortable room. Very stylish hotel, immaculate and nothing to fault. Restaurant food was wonderful, good menu and friendly and attentive staff throughout. Highly recommended.

One of the best. A quiet neighborhood. But it's outside of Hamburg with about 40km. Good for travellers. Breakfast is small but good. A great restaurant is located inside the hotel. You must try Italian food there

We stopped at this hotel at the last minute because of an issue with the car. But we absolutely couldn’t be happier with that decision. The rooms are clean, spacious and well kept. The night manager was welcoming and helpful. I will definitely come back!

As the name suggests, typical old German style so tiles and furniture as grandparents used to have however service is good, breakfast is good and bed slept fine.
