The Boarding House on Ahrensburger Str 130, must be the scam of the year!||||According to the contact at NAG, they were renovating the building, but we were met by a construction site. …

Avoid scammers and thieves. In the photos sent before the stay - everything is nice. Clean and tidy. After arriving at the place, I felt sick!Dirt everywhere, no door handles in public toilets.Smoking is everywhere despite the regulations stating that smoking is prohibited in the building.Who gave permission for these people to run a business!? Who took over the building? In the room rented for our people, there is a main switchboard - this is illegal. We ran away from there after three nights - they didn't return the rest of the money or the deposit. In our case it will end in court - but I warn others not to have to incur costs.

A place for workers. Shared bathrooms and toilets on the floors. There are no dishes in the shared kitchen. Internet for a fee. The beds are bunk and several in a room.

Since we had to accommodate fitters, this storage room was used because it was unfortunately the closest to the client. In retrospect, this was a huge mistake and I feel so sorry for my colleagues that in this case we unfortunately paid attention to the money and they were sent to a hell of dirt and vomit.Accommodation had to be paid for in advance. The fact that we are a decent company with a good name and reputation is apparently ambiguous.Since I completed my training as a hotel manager with flying colors, I am well aware of this rule, but in this case it is more common for a stay of several WEEKS or MONTHS and not if you are there for 3 days!In addition, the address on the booking confirmation was NOT the address of the accommodation and therefore our employees were allowed to walk another 10 minutes to the correct accommodation. (I specifically don't mention the word "hotel" because that would be an insult to all hotel operators in the world. When we wanted to ask what the food was like or why there was no toilet paper, there were at least three women on the other end of the line for every single call. The articulation and acceptance of the call was always:Lady 1: Yessss?Lady 2: What is it?Lady 3: Yes please? No introduction of a name, the company, or any special greeting, or confirmation that we were properly connected. When it came to further questions (see pictures) regarding hygiene, there was unfortunately not a single contact person on site. The mattresses were dirty, there were unidentified stains and substances on the sheets and all in all it felt like someone had died in this room and the crime scene cleaners had forgotten to clean everything.Cleaning staff are generally either employees without eyesight (then respect for the fact that these types of people with disabilities are employed, because that's a great thing) or - what's more realistic - the employees simply didn't want to take any care of it, so they too Rooms are reasonably OK.I've stayed in many accommodations while traveling through, but even a youth hostel has more style and cleanliness than this shithole...AFTER MULTIPLE INQUIRIES, someone was then sent to look at this mess. What I found interesting was the cover-up of mistakes and the fact that they talked their way out of it, in the famous "Trump tactic".2 employees had 2 different rooms and after we finally managed to reach someone and they wanted to send an employee over to look at the toilet used (by the previous ones) as well as the mattresses, the following lie came together. We called because the hygiene was just terrible, let's say #400 and room #401.#400 was supposedly visited and the employee of the "hotel" said that this guest seemed to be super happy and everything was fine. What was interesting, however, was the fact that this employee was still out and about, so... who was found in the room? It can't be #400.#401 also stated that everything was fine and only the toilet paper was missing.I almost doubted my sanity because 10 minutes earlier our fitter said that he had been waiting for 20 minutes and no one was coming and it was smelling more and more and more.It would rather sleep outside in the car than here. Conclusion:When the mechanics say that they would rather sleep in the car than in the accommodation, that's damn sad. There is no employee directly on site (and I'm not talking about unchristian times like 3:00 in the morning), but in the afternoon/evening.The hygienic conditions can be rated as - 5 * out of 5 * and overall I'm ashamed that this dive bar is even allowed to accommodate people.
