We were there for lunch. I had the Schäufele and my wife had beef with horseradish. Both were good portions and very tasty. Cheap in price. I can't say anything about the rooms because we didn't have an overnight stay. Happy to eat again.👍

Absolutely underground!!!!I never normally write reviews, but I can't hold back here.Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. To name just a few details:Ancient room, dated 1980, unclean, an incredibly pungent, annoying smell in the room, you have to leave the windows open otherwise you can't stand it. Ice-cold water that you have to let run for 5 minutes to get anything close to warm. The toilet seat was completely yellowed and I was extremely disgusted. There are still several things that I don't want to go into.We tried to reduce the stay to the bare essentials.Breakfast was very minimalistic and didn't really whet your appetite.Friendliness, well, sometimes a bit annoyed, inflexible and easily stressed. And then there was the price, which completely blew us away for this accommodation. Unbelievable...when you compare what you get for it elsewhere in the Schweinfurt area.Definitely not recommended and for us never again.Actually, I would have liked to leave straight away in the evening or at night when we came back from dinner.

I'm on Mondays almost every week and therefore stay in quite a few hotels, but I haven't come across one like this in a long time.I don't even know where to start: the room itself is tiny, the bed uncomfortable, the pillow so soft that you might as well save it.The television is hanging crooked and is only loosely connected to the bracket.Something similar with the night lamp, when I touched it lightly to move it in a different direction, it came towards me and only held on to the cables, with the luster terminals open - I screwed it back on as a makeshift.Moving on to the window, the fly screen is torn and therefore useless, the shutter behind it looks very dirty. The bathroom is also small, at least the sink seems to be new.The water had to run for 5 minutes until it got warm, but then it got really hot.As if all that wasn't enough: the existing WiFi with poor reception (1 to 2 lines in my room) costs extra! This was so out of date that I had a hard time suppressing my laughter when the (at least nice) lady at the reception explained it to me.All in all not recommended, even Monday travelers deserve better!Luckily we only stayed here one night. The cleanliness itself was fine, the walls could be painted again and the 50 year old carpet needs to be replaced. We stayed in the main house, I can't say anything about the other houses attached.

The lady at reception was very nice. But the rooms are kept to the 80's standard and there is a hole in the ceiling of the restaurant where it drips. Not exactly very appetizing. It smells like cold smoke in the guest house. Not recommended.

At the beginning I would like to say that what I am writing here happened exactly that way today. I ordered a beer when the waitress came with several glasses and I easily recognized the taste of a shandy. I complained about this and my drunk beer was moved 5 guests away and was given to another guest and I got his beer that wasn't drunk. But it was wrong again because it was a beer and water mixture. She took it away from me and, of course, got drunk and filled up the shandy from before with it and then brought me a new beer. I then got a stuffed schnitzel that was unfortunately burnt. I think I won't go there anymore. I can't recommend it either.

I've seen a lot, but this surpassed everything. I've never experienced such a filthy, dirty bar before. The room should be delivered one day later. But that wasn't the case. The fan in the bathroom is full of dirt, there is lint and hair on the tiles in the bathroom, the ventilation grille on the hinged door is full of dirt, and there was strange hair on the bed on the first day. On the marble slab in the bathroom, where the sink is hanging, you can see exactly where the tooth cup is (which is placed on the same bright spot every day after cleaning) because of the filth. In my colleague's room, the toilet seat is stained green by something. The rooms are just disgustingAnd I don't even want to start talking about the GDR standard of the rooms. Never again and luckily we have somewhere else to stay from next week. It's unacceptable there!!!

Incredibly delicious food and very friendly service! Large portions, and you can still get free seconds if you want. We had the blue corners, the Schäufele, the liver, the spit roast, the roulade, and the stuffed schnitzel. Finally, the great gingerbread parfait! It was a very nice evening!
