It is normally already nice to find a place to stay overnight in a small city so generally i wouldn’t ask for too much. However a room with moldy smell and tiny worm as unexpected guests were still a bit annoying. No hair dryer was provided. There was no proper area to put bottles or shampoo and shower gel etc in the shower room. Heating works warmly.

A cheeky woman knows you're coming, she can't be reached anymore, she can't answer the phone, she can't be found either. The caretaker who lives in the hotel comes down the stairs and shouts about what we are looking for. Right-wing radicals refer to us as “kanacks”. When we explained to him that the owner knows we're coming today because we've been there for the last 3 weeks, he screams, she's not there, he can't do anything and threatens to leave otherwise he'll call the police.3 weeks in a double room only got 1 duvet and 1 pillow. The woman was very unsympathetic as was the unkempt caretaker.

We moved out to another hotel. Sends invoice and says 5 days for transfer. Waited 5 days and on the fifth day called all the guesthouses and asked if we had checked in and warned that you wouldn't pay any money without just writing a friendly email. Very unprofessional. Only 1 topic - conspiracy theories. Anyone who doesn't say yes immediately feels uncomfortable. Better sleep in the car!

Everyone very nice. Room nice and bright. Correction to the subject of k.'s review, there was no reservation, no one was referred to as Kanacke (there is a recording of the conversation), yes, I wanted to call the police because I was threatened with a beating, and a single room was always ordered. There is also 150.00 euros for room rent and 50.00 euros for repairs. Those who are unkempt here are more likely to be them than anyone else.

You arrive and no one is there. Had to ring outside first. The lady was nice, but neither had a mask on nor did she want to see proof of testing/vaccination or recovery from us. Very worrying.. She also said she doesn't believe in Corona and you don't have to wear a face mask with her. You immediately feel uncomfortable and actually want to leave immediately. There are no fire alarms as others have already written. No breakfast but that was fine with us - we wanted to spend as little time there as possible.Rooms old fashioned but OK. As far as I could see everything was clean.

Small, bright, spacious, clean, inexpensive rooms with a view of Kitzingen and WiFi and cable TV and a quiet location despite the B8 from the Kitzingen settlement and the train station, a 15-minute walk away or free parking in front of the house
