The hotel is located close to all Rothenburg attractions and is in the 'Altstadt' located within the walls of the city. The room was very nice and comfortable with a lovely ensuite. Staff were very accommodating and always friendly and all meals were wonderful. We would stay there again.

This hotel is very well situated in Rothenburg, the beds are very comfortable, the food is good, the staff are very obliging, near city square and just a short walk to the famous christmas shop. Perfect for discovering this wonderful town.

It's not that easy to get a smile from the waitress. We didn't feel particularly comfortable. Since it's the only restaurant we found in Münnerstadt with a beer garden, we ate here. Even though the beer garden is right on the street, it was separated off with large flower pots and was actually quite cozy. The dishes sounded exciting and were okay, but it felt like the food was just thrown on the plate. Everything seemed quite careless and not very customer friendly. Almost all of the salads at the buffet had onions and there was no alternative for allergy sufferers, let alone a request... it's actually a shame, we were looking forward to a nice, long and cozy evening for two, but then we were happy to leave after the meal.
