New Hotel. Very clean and has needed quality. Pay for breakfast and stocked drinks in room. But there is a Aldi down the street... would stay again if in Mainz

No bar. Moved to a different hotel on first day. Asked for credit card details through email. Apparently they couldn't find an international adaptor in room, so claimed it was "lost".

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Good but not exceptional breakfast. Small minibar in the room that offers free (!!) drinks.The hotel was ideal for us, as the Mainz Pyramid can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. But it's not far into the city either. Public transport is an option here.

The business hotel is located in the commercial area and is easily accessible by car. The rooms were very clean and modernly furnished. Everything is very quiet there at night. Great receptionist with good service. That makes a big difference! :) There was a small coffee/tea station in the room and a great rain shower. And pick up an apple at reception to take with you on the go. That's how service works! Due to the location outside, the price/performance ratio is better than that of the city center hotels.

Unfortunately, more “appearance” than “being”.In itself a very modern and clean hotel. The rooms are a bit sparsely equipped for the price. Unfortunately, I also had to discover the hard way that the shower tiles are very slippery. You should seriously come up with something. The entrance to the shower is very narrow...Unfortunately the mattresses are also much too hard…And when it comes to room size, they just about stuck to the standard dimensions.A free minibar is something nice... if the guest knows about it ;-)The location is okay… there is a quick connection to the motorway, which is a plus for guests traveling on business.Staff was friendly. At 169€ per night, no breakfast included, it's unfortunately a bit steep...
